Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barnegat Township

As someone who frequents this Dunkin daily and sometimes twice a day I have to say the morning shift and afternoon/night shift make this dunkin seem like 2 completely different locations.

The morning staff is always so friendly AND fast on a busy Monday morning the wait usually isn’t longer than 5-10 minutes. That’s given the fact that going through the drive thru with the mobile pick up and regular lane. The morning staff and management is just phenomenal never had an issue. Ever.

Now this afternoon and night staff… the owners and management of this location needs to seriously reconsider. There is constantly issues, attitudes all the time and a HUGE wait. I can count more times that I have fingers of the issues I have had in the afternoon and night getting a coffee. Let’s start with the most recent time as of today 8/12/25 my mom, my sister and myself order a coffee. The gentleman taking the order through drive through had seemed annoyed to even be taking the orders, we ordered 2 coffees and a matcha. We had gone to the window and paid then was asked to wait at the second window. Well we sat at the second window for close to 10 minutes while 2 ice coffees and a matcha was made. While at the window a car had gone around us and another car behind us had gotten there 2 coffees…. The girl that had us the matcha was like have a great day to which we replied we still are waiting for 2 ice coffees and she just walked away. She returns with our ice coffees and my mom asked a question along the lines of “how come 2 other people got there orders before us even though they came after us”. To which the girl replied with a snarky tone “oh sorry have a great day”.

Like I have said, this isn’t the first time, once I waited at the order screen in the drive through for 20 minutes while there was no cars in front of me but the line started building up behind me. I got told to wait 3 times. This was around 4:30pm on a Wednesday… PLUS many other times.

I see that a few of the reviews complain about the same things, I hope that the owners and management can take all of these reviews seriously. As someone who also runs a business, this is and while continue to lose your business money...

I don’t normally write reviews but my mom and I have both been here a couple times each and every time, we had a bad experience. My mom wanted a drink with almond milk because she is ALLERGIC and they gave her regular milk. She almost ended up in the hospital. My mom gets the same drink every time from Dunkin anywhere she goes. The one time it was so bitter and gross she politely asked to remake it and instead of being accommodating the guy went on about how he knew he made the drink right and refused to remake it. My mom said she has gotten it at other Dunkin’s and it never tasted like that and he said “well that’s how we make it here.” It was a medium iced latte with almond milk and three stevia. Not that hard. Every time I go there for one drink, they can’t find it and make me wait forever at the second window. Today that happened again and when they gave me my drink it was hot not iced. So I said I ordered it iced. The lady says “no you ordered it hot” and very snobby turns the sticker around just to see it’s not even my name or the right drink. So I said that’s not my name. And she says “oh well I didn’t know” and rolls her eyes. How do you not know? And there is no reason to be rude. I waited for 15 minutes for a mobile order of one drink. Never going again. I do...

Sunday 12/8/2024 12:30pm. I went to the lobby and ordered a large coffee with milk and one splenda with a jelly donut. I paid $5.20. I tipped $1.80. The worker who took my order was cordial. No sooner than getting my order ready. Another worker (long red hair) told the 1st worker " I got this order go to the drive thru" then handed over her headset. The red head worker bagged my donut in a white bag and TOSSED it on the counter Then walked out of the store. ( Im assuming it was the end of her shift) No Coffee. 3 minutes later two customers came in. The first ordered a medium coffee and a donut.2 minutes later she got her order. The second also ordered a donut and a coffee and agiain within 3 minutes got her order. They both greeted with Hello, how can i help you and Thank you. Still waiting on my coffee. After being there for ten minutes or so. I spoke up. I finally got my coffee and an apology. The next I will record with my phone this way everyone can see what a racist the red...
