I try to limit the fast food intake so it's been awhile since I have been to this establishment. In my past visit, I was not too satisfied with the food or the service. It seems as if it has gotten even worse! The floor was greasy which for many obvious reasons didn't give me the impression that things improved. Im just gonna say the bathroom was filthy and was unacceptable. I will just leave it at that. The individual that took my order clearly hated their job and wanted to be anywhere other than working at this BK. They only had 3 employees which was in no way enough and to be honest not one of them were very happy with what they had to get done! The food was ok but to be honest I pretty much lost my appetite as soon as I walked in the door. The vibe in this establishment wasn't good at all. Somebody needs to step up first of all @ this BK. It needs some remodeling fit of all and then they need to hire more ppl. because overworking and stressing employees is just gonna chase them away. They are the ones running the restaurant and making the money so they are important. Read moreEnsure you get a receipt! I went through the drive thru for my dinner. I ordered 2 whopper meals and some other items that totaled $29.77. I didn;t get a receipt from the employee at the window. When I got home I realized we didn't get any of our fries. I wasn't going to drive back out for fries. On Monday I was in the area so I stopped in just to get the fries I didn't get yesterday. The manager said " If I didn't have the receipt, there was nothing he could do for me" and continued to explain there are alot of people that come in to get a free meal. I wasn't asking for a free meal. So I logged into my bank account and showed him that I made a purchase yesterday of $29.77. Although he made a big deal about the receipt, he ended up asking me if ALL I WANTED WERE THE FRIES? and gave me the fries. The moral of this story is: If you require a receipt, ensure you give the customer a receipt. A receipt proves nothing, I can pick one up on the street and it doesn't prove you didn't give me my fries. Managers need alot more training on how to deal with customers. Read moreI don’t come to this location often because I’ve never gotten my order correct here but yesterday I was in a pinch and I get a discount with my Walmart subscription. I got their new whopper with the onions on it and not only were there no onions there also was no cheese. We asked for it hot off the broiler but that didn’t happen either. He only got lettuce and tomato on his burger that was over $15. I got a much cheaper burger for myself where I asked for light ketchup and no pickle. I guess the kitchen thought they were funny because I got so much ketchup on my burger it was like opening a bloodbath and used many napkins to wipe it all off also I got extra pickles. There was absolutely no customers in the drive through and their parking lot was largely empty except for what I assumed were the workers cars so them being too busy is not an excuse. This is the most ridiculous place and honestly deserves to lose their Burger King...
