The food quality here is pretty consistent with other Wendy's and even other fast food in the area, but I would say this is probably the lowest quality burger fast food restaurant in the area. The pricing for normal items I find a little high, but its value items are on par with other local fast food in terms of quality and pricing. I have never had a customer service issue here. The drive thru is usually quite fast, faster than McDonald's or Diary Queen tend to be. The location while near the highway, is still awful, getting in and out is not exactly a nightmare and won't be as bad with the new Dollar Tree opening up, but it's certainly the least convenient to get to if you already live in Barnesville. I've never had an issue with my order being wrong here either, but I rarely go as I do find the quality to be less, so take that with a grain of salt. If I had to recommend one item to you it would be the Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich. Read moreWent yesterday around an hour before me they closed, sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes, get to the thing to order and the lady says (remind you I’ve been sitting in the line for 30 minutes so it’s 9:30 and they are NOT closed yet) “sorry we’re closed we ran out of stuff” and my boyfriend replies with “you can’t even make a frosty” she says “nope ran outta those” so he says “well you should’ve told us that a long time ago” so we went across the street to jacks, we were in and out in no time over there but we were watching Wendy’s and they were still taking people. Read moreMy family loves Wendy’s but the customer service at this location definitely needs some attention. Just be kind! If you don’t like your job, go get a different one. I always make an extra effort to be polite and overly thankful for our thrive thru industry however, at this location I was met with a blank face and zero verbal communication. They left out the straws for my order, which consisted of 5 beverages so I went back. I asked for the straws, she handed me the straws and I said thank you…. Only to get an annoyed facial reaction returned- so I said thank you again (in case she didn’t hear me) - it took 3 times of saying thank you to finally get a raised eyebrow of acknowledgment. Look- I get it- this person might have been having a bad day and I can give grace for that. However, I don’t think that was what happened here.
