Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barnstable

What a frustration. I've been a customer at this store for 5 years, and I've always been treated very well. For the 1st time I had problems right on my birthday. First of all the employee who took my order made me repeat each item at least 5 times, and I even had to remind her at the end to add the muffin I had already ordered 3 times previously. I always order signature mocha latte or iced mocha latte with xxx mocha & whipped cream, EVERY SINGLE TIME. After waiting about 4 minutes, she gave me an iced mocha latte that looked more like a regular iced coffee, I said that was not what I ordered, and the shift manager, Juna, very rudely, was arguing with me telling me HOW I should place my order, and that if I wanted a signature mocha latte I should have asked for one and I insisted on telling her that it was what I had ordered, until after arguing with me that it was not what was on the receipt, she asked the clerk who took my order if I ordered a signature mocha latte and she finally confirmed yes. IT was only then that Juna, without apologizing for her rudeness, went to make my coffee again as I had asked. Maybe if I repeat 20 times and draw the next time, will they get my coffee, right? Best Dunkin on the cape! They don't have a drive thru but it's so worth getting out of the car to have my order made correctly every time! All the staff is polite and trained very well. They get it done. There is a young adult probably 18 to maybe 21 with a pony tail that works days! He is great! I'm not sure if he's the manager but if he isn't he should be! Hes a great teacher and leader for the other staff members.. I honestly believe it's why this dunks is so efficient and operates smoothly.. Because of this young kid. While I was there they had 1 new staff training and this kid took the time to train the new hire correctly.. Showing him step by step how to properly make my coffee (which was a charlie cold foam with extra cinnamon on this day) It seems like all the other Dunkin donuts in Hyannis have become complete trash especially sense the pandemic. Most of them employee people that have no understanding of the English language... Like none. They have no idea what they are doing... And have no idea what you the customer is asking for.! If I could give this negative stars I would. I went here ordered several sandwiches from value menu. Ended up with four extra sandwiches I DIDNT order, and got charged extra. The clerk couldn't speak English, and didn't record our orders correctly. After asking her to delete some of the stuff on the computer that we did not order she told us no.
