Mi rancho mexican restaurant — Restaurant in Barnwell

we where told to have a seat anywhere we like.. we chose a corner booth with a high chair. a guy took our drink orders. and a few minutes later a lady came with chips bowls and salsa.. we asked for a small queso as well. the man came by a few minutes later and asked if we where ready we said no please give us a few more. we never saw him, our queso, or any one else at our table. people that where seating like a few minutes after us got there food. after 40 minutes we had enough and went to the counter to pay for drinks and leave. when asked what we had.. we said nothing no one came to take our food orders. they said they thought we ordered cause they didn't see menus on our tables. since the change from mio rancho to rauls. the menu options look good. but the service is...

HORRIBLE SERVICE..... We can all relate to the fact that everybody has a bad day which is why we decided to give this restraunt a second chance after the last visit when we were overcharged for a special order that wasn't correct and the manager was incredibly rude and actually pretended to not speak English. So tonight went in to find them reasonably busy, but not slammed by any means, and waited over an hour on our order after watching at least 3 other tables being served who came in well after we had ordered by the way and then recieved cold incorrect food. Asked for a manager and waited again for probably 15 minutes to be charged full price n asked to leave..... this place is a joke and the disregard for general...

They have changed ownership I believe. But the service and food was better. They changed how and where to pay your bill which is the only problem I have I had to wait in line in the center of the restaurant moving every time customers came in or left not a big deal normally but I'm disabled so it was hard on me. I would recommend moving the cashier to the door or back of the restaurant or just let the waiters or waitress collect the bill. Other than that...
