I am a single mom I was having some financial difficulties a few years back. I took my young son at the time for a slice and a soda after school.After he finished he looked at me and said he was still hungry. I went through my wallet even though I knew I didn’t have any more money. The gentleman behind the counter must have over heard us and he brought my son another slice, put it on the table and without another word went back to work. I sat for a moment with tears pouring down my face and as we were leaving I managed to say God Bless you. Capri Pizza is the best pizza I've ever had in the Poconos hands down. Pizza is delicious with the perfect amount of crunch in every bite. The meatball parm hero is absolutely amazing and the meatballs were so flavorful and tender. My family had a wonderful dinner tonight at Capri. We even ordered more to bring home. I also want to mention the impeccable service we had. Food was ordered and out to our table very quickly. The staff was more than helpful with every and anything we needed. Best Pizza in the Poconos and no place can top it!!!!! Authentic New York City style pizza!!!!! Eating here brought back so much nostalgia. The crust was thin and crispy! The cheese was perfect- the sauce heavenly!!!! This restaurant is the real deal. As a native New Yorker I certify the authenticity of the pizza here.
