Highly recommend!
I love breakfast food, but unfortunately it's been a while since I've had a five ⭐ experience. This my friends will be the new spot! Somehow I missed this restaurant opening, and came to check it out today. I was extremely pleasantly surprised! We'd come to the original place a couple years back but that one had closed down.
This new restaurant is great, very nice new decorations, service staff was also super nice/polite/amiable/attentive, and most importantly their food was impressive! I highly recommend the Veggie Skillet with eggs sunny side up and the Irish Skillet! The coffee was also very good and the cappuccino although a little strong for me, was also good. I just loved 😍 🤤 the skillets, I'm a huge fan of hash browns so I was a little in between the Omelette and Skillet with potatoes vs. harsh browns. However, no regrets, the potatoes with the skillet were phenomenal! The skillets are served piping hot so watch out, but the potatoes were perfectly crispy and seasoned very well. All the veggies were grilled very nicely and the eggs kept the skillet nice and warm almost till the last bite (yes I finished the entire skillet 😋) ! My husband ordered the Irish Skillet and it was scrumptious! I'm not a huge fan of meat, but the corned beef was deliciously prepared and made his skillet.
We will be back for the sweet side of the menu - hopefully soon and will...
Read moreOne of the WORST customer service experiences ever. Placed a take-out order online. We arrived 10 minutes after the promised time. The manager looked on the screen and immediately went to the kitchen. The look on his face said “we haven’t started this order” He come back a few minutes later saying “she’s putting it together now” That was the LAST time I spoke with the manager. 10 minutes go by with no interaction from anyone until I flag down a server asking to speak with the manager (who NEVER comes out to speak with me) Instead the server comes back and said it will be another 5 minutes for my order since they’re waiting on pancakes. He also tells me the kitchen is backed up and it’s taking an hour for orders to come out. 10 minutes later, the server comes out of the kitchen with our order. (Missing a few items) After he retrieves the missing items we were on our way home Food-wise, both of our omelettes were not baked. They also lacked seasoning and flavor. The “toast” was just bread (I’m guessing they forgot to put it into the toaster)
Next time, BE UPFRONT AND HONEST! Tell us you JUST put the order in when we arrived. Communicate there is a problem. Apologize for the delay (never happened) Don’t have the manager avoid us and have a server do his job. These are basic tenets of good customer service. (Which is seriously lacking here!)
For us, there will never be...
Read moreWe are a weekend brunch family. We go out and try new places every weekend or return to our favorites.
I had high hopes for this place based on the reviews and living up to Apple (previous restaurant) , but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.
Once seated, it took forever for a server to acknowledge us. They did not offer flavored creamer or coffee. Every brunch spot we go to we are able to add chocolate chips to our kids pancakes. The waiter said we don’t do that. Nor they can upgrade pancakes with our order. I had to ask a handful of times as to why they couldn’t add chocolate chips to our daughter’s pancakes. She was adamant and continue to say they don’t. Until I asked if she could verify , and stated yes we can for 99 cents. She disappeared for a good amount of time to find out if CC can be added, this shouldn’t be such an issue. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and underwhelming. The Benedict was really cold, the eggs were overcooked, and the pancakes were not fluffy at all.
For the price, I expected better quality and at least a smile from our server.
Maybe it was just an off day, but with so many great brunch spots I wouldn’t recommend this place...
