We have been coming here for years and daily since it’s our neighborhood starbucks.
The customer service has plummeted all the way down - as low as it gets over the last year! To the point now, you get your food in pieces and often incomplete.
I cant say for certain if this was done maliciously or intentionally, but the person working the drive-thru is incredibly rude and gets triggered when you ask for a stopper, bag or napkins. That was the case today, we asked for a stopper , got a major attitude for it and then noticed when we got home, bagel looks like this. (see picture)
Whether he crumbled it in his hand or they bake and serve it like this. Service is absolutely terrible!!...
Read moreI don't live near this location but have stopped by several times when I've been in the area. I have always had such a wonderful experience here! On my most recent visit, I wanted to try a new drink (the shortbread latte), but the store was out. While I was trying to think of a different drink to order, the barista asked if he could make a suggestion, and he suggested the snickerdoodle latte. I had never heard of this drink, but the barista said if I didn't like it, he'd be happy to make a new one. Well I loved it and have a new "go-to"! So grateful for the barista going above...
Read moreI went there yesterday I went and ordered 3 drinks. The guy who took my order was so rude while taking my order. You could tell that he was annoyed that’s he had to take my order. He then proceeded to yell at the other employees because everything at the drive through was backed up. You could tell the other employees were fed up the way he was talking to them. I’m sorry it’s your job to take drinks. And if he is the manager you guys need to do better. That is no way to talk to your employees especially in front of customers. Will definitely not ever go back to that...
