McDonald's — Restaurant in Bartonville

First thing we saw when we walked in was a broken kiosk, as if it got shot. Then we went to one of the only 2/4 working kiosks to order our food, because we didnt want to bother anyone even though we were the only ones there, the kiosk DID NOT give us a reciet to give to the counter because we only had cash. Then we went to the counter and waited for a full 17 minutes before anyone came over, and when someone did come they only asked if we had been seen yet before litterally leaving?? The service was HORRIBLE!!! Then when we finally got seen, we had to wait almost a full half an hour for our food, which us fine, i dont mind waiting most of the time but it was really salt in the wound. And speaking of salt, our fries were not salty, what else should i expect but salty fries at mcdonalds, im not going for my health people (had to salt it myself at home). Then the drinks, there was no sweat tea and all the soda was only putting out syrup and not actualy carbonation, it was horrible. When we finally got our food, the spicy mcCrispy was burnt, and hard to eat. I really am dissapointed in this service, and i shouldve said something but i was allready home when i took a bite, not to mention they tried to charge me 30 cents for one ranch? i went inside and the first thing i notice was the screen was shattered then the one behind it was broken as well. then we ordered our food the ticket didn’t come out it wasn’t a big deal but we waited over 15 minutes for a worker to actually help us and when we did the worker just walked by and told us to wait for someone else. the cashier finally came 10 minutes later and gave us our cups and when we went to the fountain it was dirty and all the sodas were just syrup and no sort of carbonation and then many complained as well there was no tea at all and the workers seemed not to care. it was dirty inside and it also took about 23 minutes to receive our food just for it to be burnt i ordered a spicy mccrispy and received little to no sauce and didn’t get any pickles after i paid $5 for a singular sandwich then our fries were soggy and had barley any salt. highly disappointed i recommend the mcdonald’s up the...

To preface, I have never written a review before. I always strive to be overly gracious. I have previously worked hard in fast food and understand the struggles often faced behind the scenes.

I have been here 4 times in the past 3 weeks (and other visits in the past). To sum up, I always experience these issues...

Wrong food Rudeness 10+ minute wait at the menu to order cold food Poorly made drinks and deserts (employees typically laugh about it as they hand it out)

Once I received an order that I thought was unsafe for me to eat (it looked bad) I just threw it away.

In this case I felt like I was giving both customers and employees a disservice by not writing a review. Maybe I was just unlucky and these were just off days. If I come again and have a different experience I would love to come and change my review and rating! I believe you can turn these reviews...
