Coffee is great customer service is always great. Everything is always great never issues. Always get my coffee fast and the suger cookies are really good too!
Update: This was one of my favorite places to get my coffee and breakfast sandwich.unfortunately I've had to stop going due to the manager. So i bought a cup from the drive thru it was the breast cancer one. I LOVED that cup. I had it in my car .I went into shop at the store and when I came back the lid had basically melted into the cup. The cup its self was fine so I called the shop asking if I could get a replacement lid. I spent I belive almost $20 on the cup. I figured they would make it right. We'll I was told that I couldnt have bought that cup from them I would have had to buy it online and I told them no I got it in the drive thru. I didn't ever buy a cup online especially not one with thier name on it. I was basically being talk to as if I was lying. Remember I am calling them telling them what happened and they are basically saying im wrong and I couldnt have bought the cup from them. So I decide ill just stop by and talk to someone in person. So I get to the window and the kid gives me the number of the manager and tells me she said I can't do anything to help you. I said okay and I called the manager he didnt write her name down just her number and I forgot what her name is but she was very rude to me basically calling me a lier. I asked her if she wanted to lose my business she was like no I just can't replace the lid for you she said they don't have those cups. I asked her what she could do to make it right she basically told me she had to get approval to do anything that she can't just replace things. I asked her your the manager right she was like yes but I can't just give you a new lid or new cup. I told her ill bring the original cup back. I said so you can't do anything and your basically saying im lying she was like no im not saying that I just have to get approval from corporate.so I told her im going on vacation so I expect her to call me back and make it right or they will lose my business. she said okay ill give you a call back after she gets the approval on what she can do mind you she is the manager and iv never heard of a manger not able to make those decisions on her own. what do I know I dont work at a coffee shop. Well its now been months later and she never called me back never made it right and iv not been back. I have the app and have a free coffee I could have gotten but because of how the manger treated me I wont ever be back again. Its really unfortunate because I really did love going there but my boyfriend keeps saying its just saving me money because iv now been making my own coffee at home and making my own breakfast sandwiches at home its just really unfortunate that I can no longer support this local coffee shop that I once loved. Due to management that treats customers the way she treated me. All I wanted was a replacement lid. I didnt think that was too much to ask for considering I was a regular customer even if I was not a regular she should have still tried to make it right and she didn't even try thats what makes me so upset about the whole thing she didn't care. So I will never be back im sure they don't care losing one customer but if this manager treats all her customers the way she treated me they wont have any. I have thought about calling the head office and letting them know but I dont remember the managers name at the Bartonville location and I dont want the wrong person getting blamed for this woman treating me horrible but I do think they should be made aware because she basically called me a lier and I did show the kid in the drive thru the cup and lid so he saw that it was melted into the cup.    Read moreI'm not from the Midwest. Where Iâm from on the West Coast, we have Dutch Bros everywhereâif you know, you know! And if you don't get yourself one and then tell me you know!! And I drank their Redbull flavored drinks daily for over a decade. Perfection! It is my vice! I've been in the Midwest for two years, and I was excited to find a place that serves energy-infused drinks. When Scooters brought back the Red Bull infusions, I started visiting more regularly. I specifically drive out to Bartonville from the Dunlap area for this. If theyâre not out of XL cups, I go for an XL REGULAR Red Bull infusion with my flavor of choice and cold foam top. And I only order a REGULAR redbull every time. However, out of the last 10 times Iâve ordered a REGULAR Red Bull, infused, including today (which was wrong again and led me to leave this review) maybe 4 times, has it been close to what I ordered. More often than not, they give me a yellow Red Bull when I order the blackberry flavor, or what seems like sugar-free syrup. Which is not a REGULAR redbull. And the taste is always off, and sometimes itâs so syrup-heavy that I have to let it water down to even drink it. Other times, not enough syrup.. A few times, theyâve topped my drink with whipped cream instead of cold foam. And whipped cream doesnât hold up well and just doesnât give the same texture or flavor as cold foam. Whipped cream on Redbull reminds me of the tops of a gross-looking pond.. If it instantly looks like that when they hand it to you out the window, it's whipped cream. Both curdle to an extent, but that whipped cream won't mix like cold foam will, in a redbull, or give it a creamy taste effect. The consistency just isnât thereâitâs either too much syrup, not enough, the wrong Red Bull, or sometimes all the above.. Is there a not a standard recipe or maybe a formula theyâre supposed to follow to make these drinks? I mean, I make sure to clarify when I order that I want an XL REGULAR Red Bull, and sometimes I even state please no sugar-free anything to clarify more clearly. Even though I shouldn't have to. Still, I often get something i didn't order. I can taste the difference, and itâs just not what I ordered or want. And for being over $9.00 on top of the drive, you could understand the frustration. I really hope things improve because some, not all, of the staff are great, but the quality has been inconsistent and the drinks are just Mid! Ice coffee, the large is much smaller than everyone else's. Its like a medium everywhere else. Yet it is the same price as everyone else's large or higher.
Food, I have only had cookies and cinnamon roll. Sugar cookies are not worth $2.76 for 2 small silver dollar sized cookies. Chocolate chip cookie is about going rate and a decent size. Not bad to get a quick snack. Cinnamon roll very very average but again a quick snack its alright. I looking forward to try their other products.
