Subway — Restaurant in Bartonville

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would . Me and my family came in here today Saturday January 19,2019 around 230 , first I was telling the guy my order and I told him I wanted it toasted , then he handed it off to the other lady here to put toppings on it and I had to tell the lady I wanted it toasted again , then the rest of us got our food , well then my mother in law opened her sub and it was the wrong kind of sub and we took it up there had to go open the door to get their attention because they were to busy in the back talking, we were being polite about and the gentle men was being "cold shouldered" if that makes since he wouldn't say anything to us we even said thank you and he completely ignored us , and went right back into the back , and then my sub was disgusting I didn't even eat my sub , I found it inapropiate that the employess were discussing who was working what shift and what day , with a customer up at the front and they made him wait , because they were trying to figure out the scheduling of tonight's hours and I'm sorry I've worked with restaurants and that is something that you do not do , this is a very first time to this subway and we will not be coming back , to whom ever the manager is of this location I hope something is done about this they should have been more professional...

I stopped going here years ago and went to Bellevue's Subway just because of there customer service and management. Now I don't even need to because the manager at that store took over Bartonville. Needless to say some of the old employees are there, but I can see the change happening and it's wonderful for our community. I have high hopes for our Subway under Emilees guidance. The service was great, sandwich was delicious and it was nice seeing everyone happy and interacting with their customers. Thanks Subway for finally getting someone in this store who cares about there job...

Service was very very slow. There were three employees working on the line. They don't listen to the customer order. I repeated my order way to many times. Rude service. Slamming oven doors. While making my sandwiches grabbing small portions of veggies for our sandwiches. Being lazy trying not to go get full pans of veggies out the back. I have never in my life experience that at subway. I have been to alot of subways and it's been two employees working and they moved faster then three. I will never visit bartonville...
