Tyroni's Pizza — Restaurant in Bartonville

Nov 5 7pm Order # 74 Server Jessica P Me and Two of my friends made a delivery order for 2 Calzones one which comes with 3 types of cheese, pepperoni , oregano, and black pepper which comes with the Calzone and additional topping are a dollar

first one was with Mushrooms, green peppers, onions, sausage

second one was the same but NO Onions I cannot eat onions at all for real alergic

and when we got the order there were onions on both so we called them and told them and said there bring a new one and they said they will. end of phone call then we noticed there is no pepperoni on ether of them which the menu says it comes with it so my friend calls then and speaks to someone wasn't on there and we told him it does go other it's one of the listed ingredients then he tried telling us that it costs to have pepperoni which is also incorrect. We asked to speak to a Manager and he said he was the management at that point is when we told him to look at a menu we told him to look at a menu cause he's incorrect he then did so then that my friend was right then tried to smooth it over and stilled tried to tell my friend there we were still in the wrong. we asked for a side of pepperoni since we paid full price and there was no pepperoni plus additional dollar for onions when there should be any at all on the second one

he denied us on the pepperoni thus point we wanted a refund and said we would have to speak to the owner which the fact is he was agrueing with friend which if he's a Manager he should automatically know what's on there menu but instead argues about saying it's not on there when in fact it was.

I wonder how many orders they sold with no pepperoni which means that would save them costs on pepperoni and rip...

Absolutely delicious local pizza 🍕! Uses super fresh ingredients and tastes better than any chain pizza I've had around here. The staff was friendly the waitress we had was excellent, so good we gave her 15 bucks and wanted to give her more but ran out of cash. Salad was crisp, fresh and fully loaded, my wife and her mom split a side splitter and I've rarely seen a pizza with so much awesomeness on top. My pizza taste is more for the simplicity of just a pepperoni pizza, which I like aittle well done to brown the cheese and make the crust extra crispy. This pizza is cut party style and their thin crust is amazing. And that's JUST the pizza, they have all kinds of awesome pastas including home made lasagna and so much more. I could gush all night about the wonderful time we had tonight and how the food capped everything off just perfectly. I've been eating pizza more than I should all my life, it's like my life blood and this place can go toe to toe with the very best of em. When we were about to leave, I foolishly forgot to check if I still had my wallet. When we arrived home I realized I lost my wallet. I assumed it was still in the car. Around a few hours later the doorbell rang. It was the waitress who waited on us at Tyroni’s. While I was careless and carefree on our couch, she drove over half an hour to return my wallet after her shift. It was a cold night and it was late. She could have easily left it or put it in the lost and found.I am almost an adult and I needed to figure out what I want to do with my life. This random act of kindness inspired me and helped me understand the type of person I want to be. This act of kindness was more than about getting my wallet back to me. She saved me days of fear and anxiety. When I grow up I want to be kind, her kind of kind. Also, the food was super tasty and would definitely visit again. Next time I’ll check my pockets...
