Food that makes you take a moment to appreciate high-quality cuisine. Not only is their food freshly made when you order, but it also tastes phenomenal. Nothing on their menu is terrible. The journey your tastebuds go on, from the first bite to the last, is one everyone strives to experience when dining out. Not only is their food outstanding, but their customer service is excellent. For example, during Hurricane Milton, they were there for this community. When all of us were at home readying our homes for the storm, the staff remained at work to ensure everyone had access to a hot meal. When all of us were sitting without power, worrying about storm damage and cleaning up, the staff served our community with hot meals. This is going over and beyond in so many ways. I will be a forever client of this establishment due to their high-quality food and how they care about the communities they serve. We recently bought a home less than two miles from one of their locations. I am not exaggerating when I tell you I eat here five days a week, sometimes more. We volunteer at Bartow Middle School 3-4 days a week. What do the teachers and staff ask us to get when there? The lake house. Would only eat here if I absolutely had to. Expensive! Portion sizes are super small. 5$ for their guacamole, however it’s literally 3 tablespoons worth. Like what?! They forgot to pack up two items I ordered, so I had leave my home to go back to get them.

It MIGHT be worth it financially if the flavor was there, sadly it wasn’t. Hubby got the birria tacos, he said they were mostly cheese. I got the rice bowl which was a good amount of food, it just wasn’t tasty. The sauces they give you (mild and spicy) weren’t the best either. The mild was too spicy. And the spicy one def didn’t settle right with my hubby and he’s used to lots of spicy food. The 5$ side of beans and rice was also super tiny. I would estimate around 5 tablespoons of each.

The food is amazing!!!! Seasoned perfectly and a good portion. I would say to work on the customer service. We were ordering and the girl at the window was rushing us. She apologized once she saw the look on our faces, but please allow your customers to order without being rush. Granted more people came once we ordered but they have to wait just like everybody else. I HIGHLY recommend this place when it comes to the food & don’t get it confused the staff were not rude but do a better job of making people feel welcomed. You never know who is coming to...
