Beachside Tavern — Restaurant in Bass Lake

My husband and I visited this lakeside restaurant for a late lunch. We were greeted promptly and got to choose a table…..we opted for the bar so we could gaze at the great lake view. The bartender, Michelle, waited on us and was very friendly and upbeat. We ordered beverages and my husband ordered the pork tenderloin sandwich and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. He loved his pork tenderloin and I enjoyed my Philly cheesesteak, but it definitely could have used a little dipping into the au jus before hitting the flattop. It was a little dry. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the food. The fries and sandwich toppings very good.
