An awesome place to check out when in South Jersey! This place is located within the Viking Yachting Center/Marina set back off of Route 9 and features a great view of the nearby Bass River. Breezes offers mostly seafood dishes as well as some steak and pork entrees, salads, burgers, and a variety of appetizers. During our visit, we tried the Texas Crab Melt with Fries and the Baja Fish Tacos, both of which were very delicious. The french fries are thicker cut and have a taste/texture similar to curly fries, the crab meat tasted fresh, and the tacos had a nice creamy sriracha mayo sauce which paired well with the fish. Drinks were ice cold, perfect for a hot summer day, and had a decent amount of liquor, but are a bit pricy around $10 each. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, the food tasted great, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was awesome. Occasionally, Breezes will have live music performers, they do also offer docking for boats, but it is worth mentioning that they do get crowded on the weekends in the summer so plan accordingly. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!!

First time visiting Breeze's Dock & Grill and it won't be my last. On most days this is a very chill place to hang out and enjoy a meal and a beverage while taking in stunning views of the river. Make sure you hang out long enough to enjoy the sunset! I mentioned most days because on my visit they had a very popular band, The Good Man Fiske Band entertaining a very large crowd who were having a blast. More about Breeze's. The menu is very good; I had the Crispy Chicken Tails from the appetizer menu and they were delicious and could be eaten as a meal itself. But I had to try the Philadelphia Cheese Steak too and that was delicious as well. I was stuffed to the gills afterward! They had a great selection of some local craft brews as well. I went with Victory Brewery's Dirt Wolf Double IPA. Never had on draft before so it seemed even tastier than normal. One picture attached is of the crowd enjoying the band. Was so caught up in that that I missed the sunset so I'll be going back to get a pic of that. Lastly, kuddos to the crew working there. They hustled their butts off to serve the huge crowd!

TLDR; visited this location twice and not the best experience on either visit. Among the long wait times, my second visit I experienced cold food, forgotten food and a waitress who avoided the table. If you go, stick to the bar which is near the live music and much more worth the price for food and drink since it also has entertainment.

Quality of Food: I have gone to Breeze's Dock Bar and Grill twice now and can safely say upon my second visit I will not be going again. On this most recent visit, my short rib tacos were cold - almost as if they were from the fridge and the cotija cheese was not even slightly melted. Other members of my party had complaints about their food as well ranging from bland, not cooked right, or dry. Those who ordered a burger found it pretty good so maybe that is the safest route to take. The appetizers also came out very hot and fresh, however, the calamari was chewy and not very crispy.

Quality of Service: We were quoted a wait time of 15 minutes which was amazing since our first visit was quoted at 45 minutes. However, we ended up waiting about 35 minutes before being seated. Our waitress took our orders and I am glad I asked for a pitcher of water because that was the last time we saw her long enough to ask for anything. Runners brought out our food and the COOKS FORGOT ONE OF OUR MEALS! This resulted in everyone having eaten before my party member had even gotten their food. We waited for our waitress to let her know and ended up flagging down another waitress to ask about it. This resulted in our waitress popping up and leaving several times so quickly I could barely ask for a dipping sauce and ended up having to walk inside to ask for a Togo container.

Environment & Ambiance: The live music is a great touch to this outdoor scene and the bar is always packed. On a nice day it seems like a great place to go grab a drink and appetizer and listen to the bands play. Otherwise, sitting under the patched tarp on the patio is lack luster.

Pricing and Concerns: Pricing? Laughable. Everything is al la carte so you have to order an entrée starting at $14 and also order a side of fries for $6. Considering my tacos were ICE COLD they were not worth the $16 I paid for them. Fries were luke-warm but they tasted good, would have been better if they were fresh.

Comment and Recommendation: I would recommend sticking to a burger here or simply avoid the restaurant all together and just hand out at the bar. My tacos were honestly better the next day when I heated them up in...

THE WORST CUSTIMER SERVICE! Was trying to celebrate my 50th birthday at this restaurant with another 13 guests and family. I had visited it the week before to make sure they can accommodate my party. i was told no reservations needed. Upon arrival me and my wife were greeted by the server who was very edgy, overworked and rude. she said the area outside was reserve for a party who paid $600 fee plus food (even though we were told no reservations taken) and our only option was inside or four separate tables for four only outside(we saw tables with six chairs). after my wife showing her disagreement at server bad attitude, server offered to call manager. Well 30 min went by and no manager showed up even though there was a line forming behind us. By then server return and told us only option was inside and that is it. (even though 3 tables had been emptied). Due to our frustration e decided to go inside anyway. We waited by the door inside for another 15 min to be seated and still nothing. finally the bar tender told us we can seat anywhere. by the time we sat down, we were told that a table had been set up for my party outside. Once we were ready to order manager -FAITH- finally showed up. 45 MINUTES LATER. then she started to scolding and lecturing my wife and I for our supposed rudeness and hostility towards server, that without apologizing to us or listening to our story. Or even server side of story...al that based on a text she received from a another customer close by. she warn us that we did not have to eat at restaurant or she have the authority to shut down entire restaurant. Faith was very unprofessional and she embarrassed my wife and me in front of 15 of my guest. I DECIDED TO LEAVE AND BRING MY MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE WERE CUSTOMER ARE APPRECIATED , RESOLVED AND TAKING CARE OF.

WIL NOT RECOMEND THSI RESTAURANT...

I recently took my wife and son to Breeze's after waiting for them to reopen for the season...this was our first visit. Quirky little dive bar at the end of the road through a boat yard. We took three open seats at the bar, ordered our drinks and then some food. The staff is very friendly, but when the place got busier, you could see they were a bit understaffed. You'll notice on the menu that they state food is cooked to order and that'll it'll take 20 minutes. We were about 35 minutes in when I finally asked a passing waitress if she could check on our order. She rushed by and sort of acknowledged the request, but didn't really do anything. Another 10 minutes goes by and I got the ear of another waitress and she went to investigate. A few minutes late she came back and sheepishly admitted that our "waitress never put the order in." To their credit, they asked if we still wanted the order (after another 20 minutes) and offered to remove the cost from our bill. We took them up on that and they brought out a plate of fries a few minutes later to tide us over. By the end of it all, they took everything off the bill, including our drinks and the original waitress did come over and apologize. It wasn't the experience we hoped for, but they tried hard to fix their mistake. We left a 20 dollar tip and headed home. They're not in our backyard, but I think we'll give them another try when we're in the area. I liked the bar itself and the food, when it did finally get to...
