Great food, great service and very reasonable prices.
I've had to edit my review, but wanted to leave my original up. I've been several times. The chicken parm is always great, as is pizza.
My wife and I went back to Roma's about a week ago. I ordered the Lasagna. It was served more like a lasagna soup consistency and wasn't very good. I ate about 1/4th of it and pushed it away. When asked, I politely told the waitress that it simply wasn't good. We split a piece of italian cream cake as I have had it before and it was great. For some unknown reason, and without asking, they drizzled some sort of chocolate sauce over italian cream cake! Who does that??? It was awful. Again, when the waitress came by and saw the uneaten cake she asked how was it? I politely told her that it was awful with chocolate sauce on it. She didn't adjust my ticket, but did give us a piece of cream cake to go, without the chocolate sauce. We will go back, but I will never order lasagna again and hopefully I'll remember to tell them to hold the...
Read moreSeated promptly, but when our drink ordet was taken , our server, Jayla said she didn't know what beer was ? We insisted for someone to take our orderfor drinks!! Soon after our food order was taken, by again Jayla who insisted on trying to memorize our food order that had her coming back several times to ask again what we wanted!!! So as expected two out the five orders were wrong. Mine for example was a Philly Cheesesteak, with mushrooms and raw onions... She returned to clarify my order, not Once but twice and kept saying that I didn't want mushrooms and raw onions , so after multiple exchanges it appeared to sink in to wahat I wanted! But SURPRISE it was wrong.... It had everything on it, when all I wanted raw onions and mushrooms. I don't know if she is new was high or something, because ,how could not know what Beer is, plus just a opinion she may want to write her food orders down.... We won't come back ,but I do want to see you succeed !!
Yours Truly...
Read moreOrdered the Veal Genovese and my cohort had the pork chops. While I was dismayed that she ordered pork chops in an Italian bistro, i tried it and it was excellent. My meal was excellent, just not served how I was expecting, as I've traveled to Italy before and that was my favorite dish. Met the head chef while I interrupted his meal break and further fell in love with the place. He had worked with TOP CHEF's and is pretty darn authentic with Italian food. If you want "American Pizza", go somewhere else and don't waste your/his time. Come here for actual Italian dishes. Bread served with salted/peppered oil, cacciatore, genoves..... just don't inquire about mostaccioli ( I think I erked his nerves as it's pretty much a "no skill" dish). Service was great, food was great, even better........ it's actual food and not what you would expect to...
