I came to the Drive through Friday September 16, 2022@8:54 pm and received the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. First of all no one on the intercom acknowledge me until I blew my horn. Then I was told not to drive up because of the timer. I told her I came to get food her timer has absolutely nothing to do with me. That’s when she became belligerent stating that it has everything to with me. Then she had the nerve to ask me if that was me blowing my horn. Did she think it wasn’t. I’m not sure what your fraternizing policy is but, she was leaning out the window smiling all up in a customers face as if she wasn’t on her so call Job. It’s apparent to me that she has zero Customer Service Skills. Her appearance was less than acceptable. Let’s start with her facial piercings they were quite scary looking . she had at least 10 in her face. Is that in your policy that she can wear that? Her uniform didn’t look clean and appeared wrinkle. I asked to speak to a Manager and She screamed as ghetto as she could. The Manager came to the Window looking confused and she over talked him. It appears she runs the show. I may not be a daily customer neither will I ever be at this location. In my OPINION… each customer that chooses Burger King deserves to be treated with dignity and Respect because we do have a choice you know. ALL CUSTOMERS MATTER. Read moreI literally just pulled off from this Burger King and had to come do a review before I forgot ! The girl that was taking orders and handing food out was soooo nice , patient , respectfully , polite , in good spirits and so much more I loveeee her attitude I wouldn’t normally get greeted like how she greeted me unless I was at Chick-fil-A or something of that sort. I enjoyed every bit of that experience ! She deserve a raise ! She takes her job serious and she cherish what she doing no matter what people say about Burger King ! It’s what you make it and bk need more employees like that to represent them.i don’t know her name but she told me about the deals that was going on and everything ! She was short , natural hair in a puff to the back with glasses on I like her hair had blonde highlights! Fast food restaurants are so impatient when it comes to taking orders ! I didn’t get that experience today and I love every bit of it. The food was a 10/10 and I got something so simple. Bacon cheeseburger medium onion ring and medium coke ! Everything was fresh down to the coke ! I asked for well done onion rings they gave me exactly everything I asked for ! The burger was fresh neatly assembled cheese was melted nothing was on the paper neatly folded I take pride in my food and I love when employees show dedication in there job ! Read moreThe counter and drive thru were not very busy, but I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to place an order at the counter. There was no one in line in front of me. The drive thru had 2 cars pulled ahead waiting on their orders. They didn't acknowledge I was there for the first 3-4 minutes. Then they told me it was going to be another few minutes before I could even place my order. Something may have been going on in the cooking area? I don't know and they didn't explain anything about it. It seems like they are fudging some type of metric. By not taking my order right away when they couldn't get it made in a certain window of time? The same thing at the drive thru with the time between taking the order at the speaker and getting it at the window. They just have you pay at the window and pull up now most of the time. That's not a realistic metric if all of these actual customer delays are not being documented accurately. That's keeping score...
