Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

If I could, I would give this Sonic zero stars for the service and food I received last night. When I parked the car and pushed the red button, the employee told me that they were currently not offering car hop service and that I would have to get in the drive thru line. Meanwhile, I see carhops sitting outside on their cell phones. I figured they were on break, so I got in line. It took twenty minutes to order and receive my food. As I was leaving Sonic I witnessed a car hop deliver food to a parked vehicle. That customer didn't have to wait twenty minutes. When I got home my wife discovered that her order was wrong. I ordered for her a single cheeseburger with no lettuce or mayonnaise. She received a cold double cheeseburger with lettuce and jalepenos. Even worse, the bottom bun was soggy and wet. I ordered a grilled cheese burger with no pickles. Of course there were pickles on the burger and the bottom toast was soggy and wet. I will never go to this Sonic again. My wife says she will never eat at any Sonic again. THIS IS NOT...

I had the worst fast food experience of my life her today. I made a mobile order in the sonic app and checked in at one of the stalls. My order said "in the kitchen" for 20 minutes. I then pressed the red button and someone came over the radio and said they were only taking drive thru orders! So at this point there were 10 cars in the drive thru so it took 10 minutes to get to the speaker. I said I had a mobile order and they said that they didn't have any Door dash orders. I said that I made an order with the app and they said they didn't see any existing orders. So I asked how I could get my money back because it was already taken out of my account. Then they said to pull forward. 10 minutes Iater I got to the window and I had to show my phone screen to prove I had an order. I then had to wait for...

Came here and someone took my order in a stall..after waiting 20min for only 2 slushes, we hear them tell the people in the next stall drive thru only..we push the button again to see where's our order and the girl says drive thru only..we tell her we already ordered 20min ago and she laughs while saying I know, it's drive through only. We ask why she didn't say that at 1st or come back and say come to the drive thru, she. Uts us off with an attitude and says you can either come thru the drive thru or go..bad customer service and very unprofessional..nothing's funny about having a customer waiting for their order if plans have changed and being that it was their fault for taking out order, she should've apologized and not gotten smart.
