So disappointed. We went for their grand opening and I had high hopes. Coming from a Thai background myself, I was excited to have another option close to us and especially one from a mother-daughter duo. I really wanted an authentic place to become a regular at when I don't feel like cooking at home.
They have a LONG way to go to figure out their business. Lots of kinks to work out. Their ordering system is awkward, not enough menus, and staff did not inform customers well of the number system or what was going on. The food took almost an hour and a half to get. Thankfully it was packed to go so we could just leave. Definitely don't go and wait with your small children.
Both entrees we ordered were to be medium spicy. Both were beyond bland. The sauce for the egg rolls was the tastiest part of our meal. Thai food is supposed to be flavorful and a lot of the time have a kick to it, where you want to be cautious of how you order. I'm afraid of what it would have been like if we ordered the mild.
Also it appeared that there was favoritism to friends of the staff in receiving their food or "getting hooked up" so to speak. Which is frustrating when you're just...
Read moreI really enjoyed my my food from this place. I've been here three times and each time I find something new that I love! So far, my favorites are the thai chicken wings, and the pad woon Sen noodles. I especially like these noodles because they are glass noodles and can be considered low carb for people the might have dietary restrictions. The crab Rangoon is delicious also. They are very reasonably prices and give large portions for the entrees and rice and noodle dishes, however, I do find that their starters/appetizers are a bit pricey and and really small portions for the price. Also, you can ask for glass noodles as a replacement to and dish that comes with rice noodles to make it be lower carb if you're a person like me that watches your carb intake, and I absolutely love that! Also, i like that the food isn't over seasoned, it's always just the perfect amount of sauce and season and it is never overpowering in taste. They are definitely worth...
Read moreI’ve been a few times and the food is great. However, I have to agree with the post that discusses concerns with the serving of the food i.e., in styrofoam and on aluminum foil. The styrofoam completely melted on my last to-go pick up. I also had a piece of aluminum foil in my food and besides that the leaching of those materials from a chemical standpoint is definitely a concern. I would say just dine-in from now on but from what I’ve read, they use the same styrofoam and aluminum foil process for that too. Overall, the food is great but they need to package it for customers in a better way. Especially for dine-in - I mean it’s not only bad materials but it’s so wasteful and certainly not environmentally friendly. I suggest getting real plates/glassware etc. for your dine-customers. As for to-go orders - BPA free plastic might be the lesser of the two evils. Hope to see some of these changes because the food...
