Just to be 100% clear i’m disgusted by the closing manager for the shift that ends on 2/8/2024. The order was made about 1 am 2/9/2024 whichever points the owner in the correct direction to hold the right person accountable . Having that manager on duty running your business will simply be the downfall of the company . They are not equipped to deescalate or handle anything that disagrees with them . I kindly spoke with them about my order as a doordash worker and instead of having a proper conversation the manager decided to use vulgar language and insist violence . I definitely could’ve chosen to go the same route but I was taught customer service at my other jobs unlike the employees at these checkers . I truly believe the only thing they are taught at this location is to be discriminative and how to decline store profits . Please give them some sort of customer service training while I was not the only person in their line shocked by their unprofessional behaviors . It’s quite distasteful that anyone would have to deal with this . Most would rather take the extra 10-15 minutes to go to the Florida or Central location . This was a great idea for the area just simply terrible staffing . Also the closing manager specifically needs a understanding that it is not anyone’s fault that she decided to work for this company, while she may not like it this was her choosing and she should take pride in her decisions to come to work everyday . Read moreMy boyfriend received horrible service when he went to get us food on 3/20/24 . He hands her the card for payment and she closes the window. The cashier with the pink hair handed him the bag of food, he then told her she did not give us our credit card back. She proceeds to say yes she did, and she then says well it’s not here. He ask for the manager and the manager says the same thing after “looking” for our card. She did not look for it. The rude and immature cashier with pink hair proceeds to say “his card ain’t here, he must have dropped it or something”. He said I did not drop it, you never handed my card back to me after I gave it to you for the payment. He continues to go back and forth with both of them, and then ultimately leaves because the situation is not going anywhere. He was becoming more and more frustrated. I then go up there, they say the same thing and we are just going back and forth. I’m making a police report, & canceled my card. But beware they might take your card and say they don’t have it. The restaurant is probably losing money due to not being able to complete the order process because they are trying to get you off the speaker too fast. This has happened more than once, but this evening was just frustrating because we even sat the speaker and they still ignored us. Then when we got to the pickup window, they told us we’d have to drive back around though I tried explaining how they ignored us on the speaker to the so-call manager. I suggested they slow down when taking orders at the speaker to which she relayed to the other employees in the store. This caused employees to come to the window to see who we were.
