Dixie Maid Drive-In — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Been open since 1946 and still do not have a decent format for service. Me and my wife went there on 4/20/2018 and there was a line. I dont mind a line but use some form of organization to get people in and out. Parking is terrible! It's 2018 and you only accept cash? I mean how hard is it to update your POS system?! The lady asked us did we order from the phone, we said no. She motions for us to come over but continues to call out names for the next 5 minutes and over looked us. So we said "screw it" and left! Was excited to go back to Dixie but when I got there the place is all torn down and old. The customer service was awful!!!! Never will I go back!! They should use that cash only....they are receiving and fix up the place. Food was ok but never will I go back!! After 70 years you would think it would be a smooth running restaurant. As I was waiting for my food, they got several orders wrong. What made it worst was the lady hollered at me because she got my order wrong. I spent over fifty dollars there and service was horrible. Be sure to double check your total amount, because the Lebanese women will try to screw you in her favor. Today was the second time she ripped me off for $1.75. First time she claimed the price on the menu had went up, but they didn't get a chance to change them, so today I gave it another try an guess what? now it was the regestier an she claimed she didn't know what happen when I called her on the over charge.
