Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I placed a ONLINE order through papa john’s website as my expected delivery time was reached i contacted the listed delivery driver for a update and come to find out someone else recieved my food… now i know this may be a occuring issued but isn’t as a establishment you’re supposed to VERIFY and in that case papa johns failed to do so and when I contacted them they said i need to take it up with doordash and get them to cancel and/or reorder. So once I contacted the listed and asked for doordash # and she provided i called and got them to replace the orded. called the dasher back and she saw it went there for pick up and then it was excuses mentioning something w/ the pay to eventually then saying that they were close?! it appears as if they were ready to get out of there and lacked the understanding that it was THEIR fault for allowing a stranger to walk out with someones food w/o verifying their a dasher and once i took their advice on replacing all a sudden it’s “they are closed” as if they aren’t already aware of the issue. It’s a no for me and i hate that they couldn’t right their wrong and i’m very irritated and disappointed cause i definitely looked forward into eating papa...

i placed an order ONLINE and my total was $29.86 i paid in cash and the website says that drives carry a maximum of $20 on them. I had exactly $40.86 which means i needed $11 in change the driver then told me that they are “NOT”allowed to carry money on them “at all” and didn’t have the change to give me and just walked away. i called this location to see if there was anyway i could be accommodated for this and the first thing the person who answers the phone said was “they ain’t got nothing to do with us, our drivers are from doordash not our personal store” which was completely unbeknownst to me because i assumed all pizza places had there OWN drivers . so there’s no way for me to get my money back from the store nor the “dasher” so i’ve literally spent 40 bucks on a medium with a 6 piece wing. this is absolutely...

Aweful experience and customer service needs improvement, my order was wrong for 3rd time. I normally dont make a deal but this over top. The Food that was delivered was made wrong, I called twice and no answer, it kept disconnecting. Had to drive there to return the order, when I asked the manager, the lady was rude telling she was the manager, she argumentative, unapologetic, options give was to remake the correct pizza and still having to pay for toppings I didnt ask for or given a refund. Mind you I also paid for delivery, tiped the delivery driver used papa rewards and order still $35.00 for a pizza they messed up on. I asked if the pizza could be remade and I use a 50% coupon of the day. She said no. This was the worst experience. Refund still ismt...
