Serop's Cafe — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

This is by far the best Greek and Lebanese good I have ever ate. Their seasoning on the chicken is awesome, their hummas is mouth watering. Every thing they make is unlike any other. The service is top notch beyond words, you don't wait forever for your food. You put your order in and your getting it quick, no matter how busy they are and it's always hot and fresh. It's a relaxing family like environment and very clean and the owners Mrs Suzy and Mr Johnny are here every day for lunch and dinner making the food and they are the nicest people. Never actually eaten here but my car broke down last night & my kids & I were stuck here for a while. We asked the lady at the front if we could leave our car there until we could get it fixed & the morning & she was very rude about it but told us if we could if we pushed it as far to the other side of the parkin lot as possible & had to have it out by the time they opened the next day. Thankfully, we were able to get it in the morning & fixed. The chef that was working at the time was super sweet. This has been one of my favorite places in Baton rouge. The food is still pretty good but not quite as good as it was a year or two ago. The food isn't always hot and the portions have gone down at least 30% from what they used to be. Truth be told, the portions are enough, but they could have reduced the price a little to go along with it. Lunch with water and tip is a minimum of $15. A little pricey for lunch. I still like the food, but not sure I'd say it's my favorite place any more and I can't afford to go...
