Pretty disappointed with my experience here. Looked super cute in the pictures and was located in Four Seasons. I was pretty optimistic when we first walked it but really didn’t live up to the hype. It’s okay that it was busy and we had to wait, but definitely didn’t appreciate the barista saying the order was being made when it was forgotten. We could see that they had to pull the ticket from somewhere else so it really doesn’t make sense to make up a reason when we can easily see otherwise. Unable to rate higher due to poor experience. Organization needs work.

Stopped by here with my sisters to have ice cream with a cappuccino and a latte. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing everyone else gone, we asked about the long wait. We were told the coffee was still in progress.

One minute later, we received the coffees but the latte was cold. By then, the ice cream had melted so I just drank it.

Advice to management: Don't lie when the order was obviously forgotten. Acknowledge the mistake and indicate it will be ready shortly or...

Located inside of the Four Seasons Orlando at Disney. Staff was super nice. There were lots of treat options, including macarons and gelato. A few quick snack to go options also available in the cooler. Alternative milk options for made to order drinks, including oat, soy and almond. I paid almost $8 for a small iced coffee.
