So disappointed, gonna have to change my intiap 5 star review once given to them..... the quality of the food have been in decline for a while. This use to be my favorite pizza joint, I stopped going after some poor service and issues with the pizzas. Today decided to give then another chance and to my suprise it was worst then my previous experience. I ordered a sportsman, which is suppose to be their biggest pizza, yet the 12 slices where that of a small to medium size pizza, bland, poor presentation and off flavors. Luis Pizza es una leyenda en Bayamón. Estoy yendo a comer en esta reconocida pizzería desde mi niñez (tengo 40 años).
Graduación, vamos a Luis Pizza. Ganamos el juego de baloncesto, vamos a Luis Pizza. ¿Perdimos el juego? Vamos a Luis Pizza a consolarnos. En fin, es una institución gastronómica con años de experiencia. La Pizza de chorizos es mi favorita.
Sin embargo, hace poco fui a almorzar con mis niños y aunque la Pizza sigue siendo buena, el local está descuidado. El baño de caballeros está bastante necesitado de limpieza. Aunque el salón guarda esa imagen nostálgica de las pizzerias de los 80, le falta cariño. El caballero que atendía, lo hacía todo. Cobrar, tomar la orden, contestar el teléfono (muchas llamadas no pudieron ser atendidas), servir la orden, todo, hacía todo. Lo cual provoca atrasos en todo el proceso de servicio. No es su culpa, pero hacen falta empleados con urgencia.
De mi parte seguiré visitándolos cuando baje a Bayamón, pero quizás sea mejor pedir para llevar, aunque quizás llame y nadie...
