I have been a customer of this place for 5 years, seen lots of staff come and go, this current bunch of staff along with current bar manager Jenn are rude, nasty and changes the rules with every customer, as if it depends on if she/they personally likes the customer. I have heard the manager several times talk to customers about other customers sitting right there at the bar, I have seen the manager Jenn being rude & nasty to customers simply because she personally does not like them, I've heard her label customers as problem customers to her staff and other customers sitting at the bar. This kind of behavior should not be allowed, its very unprofessional and it makes customers uncomfortable when the Manager is having issues with simple things, like a box big enough for their left over food to take home, asking for a different glass after drinking their beer so the their beer is in a cold glass, and talking about other customers. I wont list everything because the list of just to long. Game changers use to be a great neighbor bar, the owners are great, the regular customers are good people, the food is top notch for local watering hole, hope things get fixed soon.
I myself have had issues with being overcharged or charges on my bill that I did not catch until the next day, myself like others that have left reviews about this same issue have had no luck resolving this issue since the bar manager cant correct it and the owner seems to never be available to resolve issues. Its really dishearten to see a place that once use to have great staff now have the staff they do, to see regular customers stop coming in because of the bar manager is sad, its also sad to witness the the nastiness each time I visit this place. Hopefully the owners see these reviews and corrects the issues before the manager becomes abusive or she crosses the wrong customer.
Lately I have struggled with leaving great tips after I witness & hearing the nastiness, attitudes and just disrespect from the manager even if its not directed at me, maybe its time to find a different place for a friendly beer since these days this is hard to find at this local place of business.

If the staff doesnât like a customer, the service is beyond horrible, if you are a customer who has a issue with your drink, the food, if you ask for real silverware to eat with instead of the cheap plastic take out silverware, you as the paying customer are labeled a difficult /problem customer and from this point on, the bar staff will create issues for you as the paying customer, everytime you visit. The bar manager Jennifer will lie about situation, if you as the paying customer disagreeâs with any of staff, if you as the customer try to explain whatever the issue is, Jennifer -bar manager will tell you as the paying customer that you are arguing with her.
The food service & quality of food has declined, this restaurant/bar is REFUSING to correct anything that isnât cooked right, they are telling paying customers itâs their NEW POLICY not to recook, replace, remake, of anything, this includes drinks. This restaurant/bar is adding 18% gratuity at their leisure, no matter the size of the party. The bar staff is adding 18% gratuity to checks of the people they personal donât like. This is very wrong since tipping should always the CUSTOMERS choice, based on the service they have received, however Game Changers is taking this choice alway from their paying customers.    Read moreA friend and I went to game changers for our first time. Got there wasnât greeted for about 15mins (we do have COVID restrictions) and was waiting before we went to the bar ourself. Bartenders was acting flustered and had us wait at the bar before asking us what we wanted (both times we had to get up for food and drinks) Anyway my friend gave her card to keep a tap open. It was ran for the amount the bill was, but never received a Itemized receipt we were not even done ordering but her card was ran. We both were paying separate so I donât know why her card was ran for the whole bill. The bar now was closing at 10:30 for last call and my card was also ran twice one for a bill that wasnât mine and one for the bill that was mine. I was told that it wouldnât charge my card twice. But Iâm looking at my bank statement and this establishment has gotten over $60 off my card. I wouldnât go there, Once the bartenders feel as though itâs getting out of hand handling customers they close the bar early. No one even check on you to see if you need a drink once you settle down. My friend also paid twice out her pocket and off her card. I will be going back for my money and wonât be returning ever again.
