I have ordered from this seasons for years. As often as 2 times a week sometimes. I have had nothing but terrible experiences the past few times. I had ordered seasobites for my son. (He refuses to eat off the bone, as do I). They delivered wings. I looked on the receipt and it had said seasobites. When I called to ask for them to correct the order, they wanted the wings back. They didn’t offer anything for the compensation of having to wait another HOUR for the seasobites to arrive. Which at that point, my son had to be in bed. We waited for 2 hours total for a meal, just to be told we were wrong and that they won’t help us again? What!? Though this was upsetting and my fiancé insisted I don’t order from them again, I was craving a salad and wanted it delivered. I’m pregnant and exhausted most days and was looking very forward to this meal, which was over $11 for a very small portion of salad. Once it arrived I opened it to find old spinach and lettuce. Smelled and tasted sour. I then noticed the hard boiled egg was very mushy and old looking, once I get to the yolk I see it isn’t even boiled thoroughly and I felt sick to my stomach at the thought of trying to eat this. I was super disappointed, wasting so much money on such a terrible salad. I absolutely refuse to order or eat in ever again. If you want a pizza, they are decent, still nothing special and very pricey. I suggest no one ever order anything aside from this. They are rude, terrible quality and literally do not care about their customers. I usually NEVER complain. I go out of my way to leave great reviews, if at all. This was just so entirely shocking and upsetting I had to make others aware. I hope no one else has to waste money on such poor quality food. I ended up having to make my own salad and wasting my money, though I was very sick and tired. I didn’t even want to call to complain because they only make me feel like I’m lying. Read moreWe have been ordeing from this location pretty mych since its opened. Order was messed up. Instead of green peppers they put onions. I called back to let them know the order was messed up. They said they would send out a replacement. Cool. No problem, things happen. The Problem arises when the replacement comes, still no green pepper. (Luckily no onions this time) but when I call he tells me the green peppers are there. Cook said he put them on. I said no he didn't. I have it in front of me and there are no green peppers. A few words later he tells me that they were red green peppers. I asked.... you mean red bell pepper? There is no red green pepper. Sure sometimes green peppers might have a slight tint. But it's not a red green pepper. They ran out of green pepper and tried to sub the onion 1st. Then when that didn't work they went to the red bell pepper. Part of the issue is I also had tomato so I couldn't even tell there were peppers at all. But I didn't order onion. I didn't order red bell (yes I know they are similar, but they are not the same) I wasn't delivered what I ordered twice in a row. And the kicker on top was the phone answerer/receptionist/order taker treating me like I'm an idiot and instead of juat apologizing for the screw up, just doubled down on the "red green peppers argument. If you run out of an ingredient, don't just sub whatever you want. Communication is key. You had my email phone number and address. You could have let us know. Or just leave it off completely. Read moreThe worse customer service ever!! I've ordered the antipasto salad for 15+ years, I know what's in it. I ordered my salad today via delivery and it showed up minus tomatoes. I figured I'd call to advise and possibly at a minimum, get a store credit. However, I was met with unapologetic, unprofessional rhetoric. I was told the salad doesn't come with tomatoes. I advised that it did and again, that I've been ordering it for years and not only does tomatoes show in my order history but the online menu (Seasons pizza app)shows tomatoes are in this salad. Clearly the app items and description doesnt match. I went on to explain that while his screen shows one thing and mine another, im the customer and what I want is a priority, especially since what I want is what's listed on the online. (Seasons pizza app)He went on to say his screen doesn't show tomatoes and he will never take an order from me again and he will refund my card. I explained that I didn't pay with a card, it was cash and he stated he'd send driver back with my money! I said please do and hung up the phone. Shortly after the very kind, professional driver returned with my cash. I believe the so called manager"s name was Chris. He sucks and doesn't deserve to be on anyone's Frontline of customer service..I will tell anyone that will listen to never patronize this location. After my research I found that on my paper menu tomatoes aren't listed as one of the ingredients for this salad, but shows up on the seasons pizza app. Again, not my issue.
