DaddiO's Burger — Restaurant in Beaumont

Hamburgers made to be memorable...stopped in to have Lunch. Had to decide between the Bacon Blue with its Applewood-smoked Bacon, Blue Cheese and Chipotle Sauce on a Sesame Seeded Bun or the Classic Bacon Cheddar Burger with it Applewood-smoked Bacon, Cheddar Cheese dressed with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and purple onion and some Jalapeños to make it more interesting on a Cheese Jalapeño bun.

I decided on the Basic Cheddar Burger, some Fresh Cut Cheese Fries, and the new Parmesan Brussels Sprouts. The Burger was excellent—properly cooked and not greasy, but juicy. The bacon added a classic flavor with the jalapeños adding just the right level of spice to keep it interesting. I even noticed the Sriracha Ketchup on the condiments area to add another flavor of spice. Greasy cut Idaho potatoes fried just right with real cheddar cheese melted over the top make a premium cheese fry. It was great to have something worthy of it own place in the meal rather than an add-on afterthought. The Parmesan Brussels Sprouts which are fresh halves well seasoned and tasty with Parmesan. The flavors blend very well and Brussels Sprout haters turn into Brussels Sprout lovers or so my friends tell me. It moves the meal into a whole new class level.

Overall, the meal was simple, yet very well prepared from quality ingredients with a thoughtful design.. will keep coming back to get a burger fix that feels more like casual-fine dining. A Steakhouse quality burger without the Steakhouse or the...

People watch your Receipts I asked Charlie J. who I found out was the head manager if I could get goat cheese on a buffalo burger instead of the beef he said no problem I got a chicken fried strip basket and some parmesan truffle frys..I paid 29.93..I didn't check my receipt until later on that night to realize I was charged for a beef patty and 3.99 for a buffalo patty.. The goat cheese burger was 8.99 and the buffalo burger was 9.99 he should've charged me for goat cheese not a buffalo patty .I call there the next morning and spoke to some young lady she was trying to tell me that's how the machine puts it so I asked her again why was I charged for a buffalo patty instead of goat cheese so she still was trying to say it was how the machine put it in I said no Ma'am you'll key in it the machine so she says she was the 1 of the manager and she had someone over her would you like to speak to him I to is it Charlie J. she said yes I said no Thank You I'm just going to here the same excuse you tried to give me. I told her I see what you'll or doing and that it would be my last time there. You people or stealing people hard earn money. While we were in town we decided to stop and try out Daddio's for burgers! They were rated high on Yelp, so we wanted to try them out! We weren't disappointed at all! My wife got a cheeseburger with bacon, while I opted for the Blue bacon burger and a side of cheese fries. We got our 6 year old, the Mac and Cheese with fries for kids. He was in that kind of mood. He took a couple of bites then wanted a cheeseburger, so my wife went and ordered him one of those. He said he didn't like his Mac and Cheese, but I tried it and it was really good!!! I don't think he liked it because it didn't come out of a box. My wife and I finally got to try our burgers and we thought the were delicious with the jalapeno bread buns! Both were cooked just right, juicy and not dry at all! My cheese fries were really good too! My wife opted for the fried onions which were good, but kind of like onion rings cut in half. We opted to get fountain drinks, but they do have been here! The staff was really friendly and the girl working the counter taking orders was extremely helpful as it was our first time here.
