Horrid customer service. Told us the kids meal came with a choice of chocolate milk, Apple juice, or regular milk so we ordered a chocolate milk. They then said they made a mistake after my child had started drinking the chocolate milk and it wasn't free, but they wouldn't make us pay for it. We had to ask for napkins. So then it took forever for our food to come. I mean forever. None of the employees seemed to care and were walking around at a snails pace. I asked teenage server how much longer for our food because we had been waiting a really long time. He had a lool on his face like he could care less and said he would see. He walked slower than a 1 year old learning to walk. I saw several people go in and out of the managers office, but the teenage server never came back with a Food report. Food finally came at different times and some of it was wrong. The pizza that was wrong was going to be re made. We finally asked for our checks (we were a party of 10 with children) and that even took a long time. Re made pizza had just arrived so we aked for it in a to go box because we had been there so long already. We had to ask for boxes twice. I asked for the manager and the teenage server looked clueless as to who the manager was and said he would serif they were there. He never came back. Our server came and I asked her for the manager and she looked confused too, but finally said she would see if she was back there. A lady finally came with a smirk on her face and said "someone at this table wanted to talk to me?" She didn't introduce herself and ask how she could help. As we explained the issue, her excuse was the employee had only been there 2 days. Then the server for our table said she had only been there 2 days. She refused to take the chocolate milk off the bill for her employees mistake and said she would be back with the checks. when the check came mine had an extra .99 can't kids drink fee in addition to the chocolate milk they forced me to pay for. PLUS a %20 gratuity had already been added to our bills!!!!! Are you kidding me???? we went to the front to get our bills corrected and the female manager said if my kid drank the chocolate milk I had to pay for it even though it was her employees mistake and I never would have asked for it if it was an extra fee. They did give a 10%discount, but had added the %20 WHICH IS ILLEGAL in California!!!! The female manager then said there was a different manager for the whole restaurant and he said we had to pay for the chocolate milk. When she walked away, i asked a teenage female employee if the woman was actually a manger and she looked clueless and said it was her 1st day on the job! So then I ask for the real manager Eric and he came out and looked like a cook with dirty black shirt and dirty black pants. He said they had rules and he couldn't take the chocolate milk off the bill. Insane!!!! Then we confronted him about the %20 gratuity in the bill and he said he would take that off. Then I asked him about the extra mysterious .99 cent kids drink on my bill in addition to the chocolate milk i was being forced to pay for and he said he could take it off the bill!!! BUT HE COULDN'T TAKE THE DAMN CHOCOLATE MILK OFF????!!!!! Who runs a business this way!!???? I was horrified at the customer service and will never take my family back...
Read moreI love this place. Great pizza. However, last night I called ahead and when I got my order it was wrong. So I waited for them to re-make my order. While doing so I watched what went on in the kitchen. I watched the man making pizza's with his bare hands. He would make a pizza then go and open a fridge door or grab a pizza handle then bury his bare hand into a pile of Pepperonis or olives and then do the same things over again. At one point he ran out of ingredients and went to the back grabbed a bucket of stuff and again slide his bare hand into the pineapple and grabbed handfuls and placed it into the bins near the pizza counter. At times a good 1/4 of his arm was in the ingredients. Then without putting on a glove or washing he walked the bucket back opened the Fridge and grabbed more ingredients and proceeded to make a pizza. All the while the ladies working in the front were wearing gloves making sandwiches and salads. As I watched this I said to myself "watch me get food poisoning tonight after I eat this".....as I am writing this review I have food poisoning. Those who are making the pizzas are cross contaminating the food by not washing their hands or by not wearing gloves and then touching outside sources while making the food. I went to the Riverside county food safety website and it clearly states that gloves need to be worn to not cross contaminate food. Read moreThis was my first time visiting. I tried to before but they were closed for their summer break or something. I have a family of 6 so as you can imagine I'm forking out good money to feed us all. My initial encounter with the wait staff was pleasant. They seemed cheerful and polite. After ordering to go including a beer to hold me over while I waited for our order, I began to pass time watching the game standing in the doorway of their foray and dining room. I noticed after standing for 10-15 mins the 1 open seat at the bar was still not taken. As I began to suspect the woman sitting in the seat next to the open chair had connect to the business due to her interaction with the staff, when she stood and crossed my path I took the opportunity to politely ask if I could sit in the open seat while I waited on the food. She paused in thought and then said the seat was indeed taken, though as I continued to stand even a little while after my food was ready a total of 45 mins, the seat was NEVER occupied. As I was leaving a nagging indication that she was one of or thee owner which was confirmed by asking one of the servers solidified my outrage. As a business owner, how could you treat a customer like this. If it was my business, I don't care if there were no seats left, I would've gave mine up!
