I ordered two pizzas and bone in wings on 6/4/17 at ( 1:10pm) which my order came out to $28-ish; not including the $5 tip to the driver. They forgot to pack my wings and the driver said he promise to bring them back when he get back to the store, one hour has passed and no wings or not even a phone call from the store. I called which was now 2:43pm and a guy named Daniel said once the driver gets back he'll send out my wings ok no problem I'll wait.... I've fallen asleep and awaken and still no wings so I call again it's now 3:57pm Daniel puts me on a 23 minute hold then I hangs up and calls back. A new person answers and tells me to hold and 8 minutes later a guy named Samuel picks up the phone asking what do I need just those exact words; by that time I'm very pissed off and unhappy. I demanded a manager, owner, and or store manager he hangs up in my face having me to call back yet again. It's 4:39 pm now! He picks back up and I asked a simple question "how would he feel if you just paid for over $30 worth of food and only got $13-ish worth of it?" He passed the phone over to Daniel whom said ma'am "I know about your order but you are not the only one we service in this area you need to wait because we are busy, rather don't call us back today call back tomorrow and have them send your wings out!" I asked for the manager on duty and he said "she's busy and said you need to call back tomorrow and have someone else deal with it..." and hung up the phone. This is no way to treat a paying customer and I order from them a lot, I too work in customer service and deals with angry customers all the time but that's no way to deal with people especially when they are the reason you are able to pay your rent and bills! I have never written anything as of such on a bussiness website but what happened today was not cool or customer service, I will never order from this store as long as I live in Beaumont, TX and I won't stop until this goes justified I will reach corporate and or the owner of this location!...
Read moreI hope that CORPORATE gets involved immediately. This place appears to be a circus of some sort with a bunch of clowns just roaming around. No one appears to be in CHARGE. The lack of proper customer service and courtesy is UNREAL. I am a fan of Pizza HUT and Domino's. However I prefer PIZZA HUT . I placed an order, two pizzas and an order of wings. I was told that the delivery would take 1-2 hours. I was willing to wait because I wanted it but I didn't feel like driving at 9:30pm to pick it up. The order arrived, the pizzas weren't HOT and the wings were no where to be found. The driver stated that they didn't give him wings to deliver with my order, HOWEVER the receipt stated that I ordered WINGS. I went ahead and paid for the order, including the wings ( that he said he would bring back) then called the location back. They explained that they would COMP the order due to the poor service. I was also told that I would receive a new order..... the same night. Well that order NEVER arrived and I will be calling today to see about my refund for an ITEM I never received to begin with. DISTRICT MANAGEMENT / CORPORATE ... hell someone NEEDS to get involved and find out WHY the staff has NO clue regarding proper customer/ regard and work ethic. Read moreI placed an order at 10:16pm cst. The pizza was taking long to arrive so I decided to pull out my tracker by this time it’s 11:00pm, the tracker said my food was on the way. Shortly after at 11:07 I received a call from their so called manager telling me they no longer had the dinner box i had ordered. My first question was why did you wait an hour to call & tell me that after I’ve been waiting for so long. He then tells me that they were busy & didn’t offer any solution so I asked for a refund & he hung the phone up in my face. I went into the restaurant to have the issue resolved which at this point I’m frustrated & upset I had kids that were hungry & the customer service provided from so called management was HORRIBLE. The so called manager then proceeded to call the cops on me rather than dealing with the issue at hand. If your not able to hand upset/irate customers then a customer service position isn’t for you.
