Arby's — Restaurant in Beaver Dam

I am disappointed in Arby's for no longer serving leaf lettuce. I am allergic to iceberg lettuce, but can eat leaf lettuce...I know...it's weird, but I have to deal with it. Arby's was one of the few places that still served leaf lettuce on their products. But now y'all have lost me as a customer, because I can't even enjoy a sandwich there anymore. It's the same issue with your grilled chicken products & baked potatoes the company used to serve...you cut those as well & left those of us with dietary issues one turkey choice that we could eat. So I guess I won't be able to eat Arby's any longer thanks to your companies uncompassion for people with dietary conditions & your apparent concern for the cost difference in leaf lettuce & no nutritional value iceberg lettuce. My husband & I have noticed more & more restaurants cutting their healthier options & leaving customers with unhealthy choices. The food is good, however the service is abysmal. They claimed I had received both of the two bags of food, when in reality I had gotten one, and fought with my girlfriend about giving me the rest of it. I went in again and could hear plenty of snide comments about the situation, and when I got the rest of the food, one woman said “here’s this, even though he’s already gotten it” and handed the food to someone to hand to me. If you’re going to make comments, at least make it to a person’s face instead of hiding behind your younger (and much nicer) coworkers. If any general manager or anything reads this, it was an online order placed at 5:04 PM on December 14th, and picked up the first bit around 5:20. Today was my first time eating at this location. I got carryout, but went in to get it. The young girl at the counter was friendly enough, but very soft spoken. The lobby and seating area is tiny, minimal seating for those dining in. I noticed the other employees didn't look happy or friendly at all.
