Beaver sunway is dirty!!.. i just can not believe that in such a nice town sits dirty lil subway!! Beaver falls subway is spotless and chippewa subway is right inbetween but their store is bigger soooo... They r cleaner than BEAVER... I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THEY T NEVER THAT BUSY SO IT SHOULD BE SPOTLESS.. ALSO THE NASTY ATTITUDE OF A CERTAIN WORKER MAKES THE ATMOSPHERE BAD.. I WATCHED HER BELITTLE A NEW EMPLOYEE IT MADE ME SO MAD!! HE THEN HELD HIS OWN WITH HER ALL WHILE PREPARING MY ORDER AND I GAVE HIM THE BIGGEST š... I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH HER MANAGER... MY SON IS AUTISTIC & WILL ONLY EAT FROM 4 PLACES WELL WHEN HE GOT HIS SANDWICH THAT NIGHT & COOKIES HE SAID MOMMY THAT WAS THE BESTEST SANDWICH I EVER HAD.. SO TY TO THE NEW EMPLOEE.... IF THE GIRL WOULDVE MADE IT IT WOULD HAVE NO SAUCE, VERY LIL PARMESAN CHEESE, AND WE WOULD HAVE BEEN SHORT MEATBALLS A FOOT-LONG COMES WITH 8 TO 8 AND 1/2 AND I ALWAYS ORDER 50% MORE WHICH COSTS AN ADDITIONAL $2 SO THERE'S A TOTAL OF 12 MEATBALLS AND THE MEATBALLS ARE TINY WE ALL KNOW THAT TO BE PUT ON THE SUB EVEN THOUGH I PAY EXTRA FOR IT SHE WILL ARGUE WITH ME EVERY TIME AND TELL ME WE CAN'T DO THAT HERE!!.. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt took me 15 minutes to place a order for 4 sandwiches. Then, I had to have him read back to me 2 times how those sandwiches were made. Then when I went to pick up my order, it took them 20 minutes to make my sandwiches. Then when I got my sandwiches they gave me a discount. Then when I got home. Our sandwiches were still incorrectly made wrong! Either a sandwich didn't have meat on it. Or didn't have the right veggies, and incorrect bread options. Horrible service. When it was all said and done. I'm told by a manager that they do not do refunds. What!!!!! My experience there last night was horrible. Let's hope they give me that refund. Or this post will remain here. That's not how business works. If you have a unsatisfied customer because your employees were either slow to make them sandwiches or those sandwiches were all made incorrectly and you paid almost 40 dollars. Anyone would want there money back. That's like buying a pair of shoes and they weren't the right size....

Both recent visits, Iāve had to repeat what subs and bread I wanted, no joke, 8 times š³. No emotional expression from the employee, no verbal response, just a nod. She was annoyed I pulled her away from her lunch that was sprawled out on one of the customer tables. She did her best teenage huff when I needed a second to figure out what I wanted as they were out of what I chose first. She slopped the food together and smeared sauce and dressing from sandwich to the next as she didnāt change her gloves. I know these employee positions are tough to fill but Iām just appalled at the lack of customer service. Very disappointing as I wonāt be going here again after a second...
