Went in for a birthday cake. The girl at the counter was already visibly annoyed with the previous customer. Didn’t say anything when I came up to the counter. I asked if someone could write on the cake (there were at least 4 employees I saw working) she quickly snapped back with “no one here can do that.” I’d think that was a basic part of training there. As my receipt was printing I asked if she could just throw it away for me. She rolled her eyes and yanked it from the machine to crumble it. Terrible customer service/attitude and I didn’t plan to return again anytime soon. However, my son’s baseball team wanted to go there after their first win of the season Thursday night. The sign out front literally says “CELEBRATE YOUR TEAMS WIN WITH US” Yet the girl at the counter was irritated the entire time with how many people were there. I was towards the back of the line so I watched her interactions with everyone & not one person was she pleasant with. The one family wasn’t paying attention & it was their turn. She didn’t say anything just stood there staring with an awful expression on her face waiting for them to realize. Read moreI finished eating my meal in Monaca and wanted ice cream. So we checked the internet and it stated the doors closed at 8:30. We made it there by 8:10. We pulled on the doors and they were already locked. And an employee stated we already counted our drawers, we can’t let you in. That isn’t cool and is bad business conduction for the public. I’m not looking for a free hand-out; however today I called and spoke to a supervisor regarding the manner and one of the young kids that closed last night lied and said they didn’t close the doors until 8:30.
