Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Beavercreek

This is absolutely the best pizza I've ever had! And I've been to Chicago 😜 But seriously, the staff is always friendly. I've never encountered anyone that has an attitude or is frustrated. I've ordered from the two Beavercreek locations and the one on Far Hills, and the food is perfect and identical everytime! None of this "One location makes better food than the other" that you get with a lot of other restaurants. I had never heard of Jets Pizza until seven years ago when my employer bought some for a lunch meeting. I've been hooked ever since! I'm a fat dude that eats a lot of pizza and has even worked for the competition (sorry!!), so you can trust me when I say that Jets Pizza is the absolute best deep dish pizza you...

So we love Jets, but this location is SO slow. Every single time we order it takes 30 mins to over an hour to get our delivery. Last week it was an hour and a half past the delivery time that we got it. Today I am STILL waiting. We order WELL before "peak" deliver times, yet it's late every single time. Y'all need to work on your quickness and delivery times. We can order from Domino's and get it BEFORE the stated delivery time even on Friday and Saturday nights. Get it together Jets! When it says a delivery time, you should be here at or before the time...not ridiculously late every time. And then charging a fee...to be an hour late...get rid of the delivery charge if you're going to...

Pizza is good but I wouldn't do delivery. Had an 80 dollar order (3 pizzas total). When food arrived after 1 and a half hours (website claimed 35 to 45 minutes) one of the pizzas was missing completely and the other two were completely wrong. A cheese pizza had pepperoni and olives and the requested additional toppings on the other were not present on the other pizza The delivery guy, who was very helpful, called the store to complain. They offered to refund 15%. This would have barely covered the cost of the missing pizza! The delivery guy fought for me and got final cost down to $20. I won't be ordering from this...
