Sadly, Tonight was the last straw with them!!! We were weekly regulars too!! Ordered two pizzas in which my wife picked up on her way home from work. Upon leaving the store, she noticed that both pizzas were wrong. She brought this to their attention and gave them back. She mentioned that she would like them corrected and would return in awhile. Because she was busy, I had made the trip to pick them up (45 minutes) after she had left the store. I instantly upon entering the store could tell it was like a Zoo!! I was eventually asked if I were there for a pickup and I responded yes following with my name, he looks and says must not be ready yet because I don’t see it. I sit down and wait another ten minutes before I’m asked again what my name is.......AGAIN NOT READY!! At this point I ask if they are even being made, in which come to find out they weren’t!! He had remembered the situation with my wife but unfortunately said that for some reason they had never been remade. He then went on to say that he remembers that was about the time things took a turn for the worse and become very chaotic/busy! Because my wife had paid previously before noticing the initial error, I just decided to ask for a refund. LONG RUNNING CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Almost forgot to mention how I was quoted $31 for the two (3) topping pizzas as well. It wasn’t until I spoke up and said that the pizzas I ordered are typically $7.99 each and always have been every week we order that she then said “Oh, let me look for a coupon to apply”! Not the only time that has happened in the last few months either. I agree with some of the other reviews that this place has really gone down...
Read moreOrdered pickup, came thirty minutes after order was placed to give reasonable time, saw them yell at an old man with a walker saying that it’s 45 minutes minimum before he could even order, then when it was my turn I was informed that it would be another 30 minutes for my order that was placed 30 minutes prior. I have been in food service and had rushes but the sheer incompetence on display is insane. The guy who was at the beginning of the pizza line was waiving his arms and yelling at everyone how long it would take when he could have just been working to reduce the line (if you don’t want the job then quit but I’m not here to give life advice). To top it off, I have never actually seen the store as staffed as it is tonight and I go frequently. It really just boggles my mind that the worker had time to complain but not time to work on orders (it is also mind boggling how no manager cared to tell their employee chill out unless the man who yells at old people in a walker is the manager). I know dominos isn’t some five star Michelin restaurant but they make McDonald’s seem like fine dining the way they treat people.
If anyone in management sees this, please have your employees wear gloves. It isn’t a dealbreaker for me but having your employees go home with hands that reek of sausage and...
Read moreThe pizza here is incredibly cheap for how much my girlfriend and I enjoy it. I would sincerely take the pizza at this location over any of the other major pizza chains, most of which charge more than Dominoes. We always get delivery when we order, and every driver we've had has been great. They've even corrected for mistakes that weren't their fault; in one case, the website we ordered from didn't show our driver our apartment number, but luckily, she had delivered to us before, and was able to remember where we were well enough to guess which doorbell to ring on her first try.
This place gives out a surprising amount of free pizza via their loyalty program. Even when they're not, there's always a great coupon available on the website. As you can probably guess, we order here pretty often, which sadly will have to end soon, or at least slow down from what it's been in the last couple years, due to financial changes. I decided to at least leave a positive review as a way of showing how much we've appreciated the hard work of the people who run this place. The low cost of the pizza probably applies to their paychecks, as well, and they deserve to be paid well for what they do. Remember to be kind to your driver, and always tip them AT LEAST 20%, especially if you need to order while...
