Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Beckley

I've been to this store quite a few time, it was always pleasant but never noteworthy. Today, I was having an awful day and just wanted some food I didn't have to cook while on a budget. I call, and the gentleman proceeds to explain I could get a better deal on my order with a BOGO of the 2 items I wanted. It made my day that he went out of his way to take the time to tell me how to save some money, especially while I'm budgeting. When I got there I spoke to the manager and praised the worker for a job well done in customer service and care as well as told her how I was feeling and why it meant so much to me. The manager gave me a motivational sticker to help brighten my day, and it meant a lot to have that level of service and care with my simple food order. Thank you, Harper Road Gino's. I understand being super busy , but relay that to your customers placing an order. I ordered at 7:55 pm on a Sunday and got my food after 9:30 pm. At 9:00 pm I called and the lady said my pizza was just now coming out of the oven, an hour after I ordered, and that she wished the guy that took my order would've told me how many orders were ahead of me, I guess there were 5 or 6, but he told me " just a couple in front of you and it'll be about 45 minutes". All the lady did was offer to take off the price of our two liter. The only positive is that the guy was apologetic and the pizza was hot, but smaller than we ordered (we ordered a medium and got a small!) . I placed an order for baked spaghetti with garlic bread & a salad and talked with Stacy, Patricia and the manager Austin at the Harper Rd location . It was very busy because it was two for Tuesday but they were so nice and was treating everyone of us as if we were the most important customer there. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best food and service The 2 girls were so helpful helping us get the best deals and the manger was so friendly and making sure our order was as good as it gets!
