Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bedford Township

I have mixed emotions about the Pizza Hut in Bedford. On the one hand, it is impossible to earn points toward a free pizza (as offered by the Pizza Hut website) because I only order from this restaurant at work, and our institution comes up as an undeliverable address (?!) on-line, despite the fact that this store WILL deliver to us. More times than not, at least one detail will be wrong with my order, and the poor delivery person is staring bereftly at me, as though to say, "Really? You actually check your order?" and/or "You're NOT going to make me go back to the store and make this right, are you?" But on the other hand, this Pizza Hut is about the only food venue that will deliver in Bedford, PA...so what am I to do? I appreciate having at least one place in town I can order from on a 12 hour weekend shift...yet, I always manage to be let down by some detail or the other. Like I said, our relationship is...

I had a horrible experience with the customer service hotline at Pizza Hut. I finally got in touch with the store and I spoke to Shannon the manager and she was great! She helped me with all of my issues that I had and gave us a credit on our account. Not only did she do that, I received a call from the General Manager, Eric. He was following up and he was just as nice as Shannon was. I appreciate everything that they had done and I truly felt like I was a customer that meant something to them. I will defiantly go back there again as they can only do the best that they can with the shortage of people that want to work....

I am constantly frustrated at pizza hutt. The buffet hours are unreasonable, but a good deal if you are here while it is open. The prices and upcharges don't make sense. If a medium 1 topping is one price, why is there an upcharge for 2 toppings on half? The law of math says 0.5 + 0.5 = 1, so this is 1 topping. The bathroom is always dirty and the dining area floors are sticky. We have a new family policy; no pizza hutt. The staff is always very nice and do a great job explaining the specials and serving.
