I would give more stars for this place but I only gave two stars.
one star for friendliness. 1 * for being a clean restaurant.
I was disappointed at this location for the quality of the food portion. I don't eat at Taco Bell much. The last Taco Bell I ate at was in Duncansville Pennsylvania 23 miles or so up the road. I ate a double chalupa and a hard taco that was pretty good.
I was watching TV and a commercial came on Advertising the $5 lunch bucket double chalupa drink cinnamon fries and hard taco. Damn for that price I thought I fell in Taco heaven đ
So I decided one day to go and get this$5 lunch bucket went to eat my hard taco little skimpy on the meat I thoughtđ¤ little bit of lettuce cheese but I ate it no problem. Now I'm going to dig into this double chalupa when I picked it up before I even open it and felt lite it felt thin, but when I open up the wrap the bowl was not even full I took my finger and Doug to the bottom to check out the amount of meat, very little meat for a double chalupa, and in the bowl you basically can still see the top of the rim, now I wish I had took that picture a picture worth more than a thousand words. I wanted to take a picture of it and I should have. so I went back up and asked the guy could he put some more meat in my chalupa because it wasn't enough meat in there he told me he had put two scoops of meat and I'm trying to figure out two scoop from what a teaspoon, he didn't even like say well I'll put a little bit more in just to satisfy me the customer he just said sir we put two scoops of meat in there I said in what and I'm showing him the shell instead of just giving me a little bit more meat You probably throw that much away anyway.
I just went to my seat and ate my bread and looked out the window across at Arby's and said I should have went over at Arby's and got my gyro sandwiches full of meat like I started to.
This Taco Bell here because of the portion size of meat that they put on the bread I will not be eating here again until I hear somebody say something different as long as I'm in this area.
Don't get me wrong this is a very nice store the guys are very friendly, no females working in the store at the time, all guys and they were friendly.
The store was very clean behind the counter in the dining area and the restroom good Atmosphere music was nice good variety of different music for all kinds of people I just didn't like it because they lack one thing
little portion of meat not worth my spending my money and not getting nothing
I really was so angry I wanted to go to the supermarket and buy some hamburger and stir it up and make my own damn Taco that's how mad I wasđ

I waited 45 minutes inside for take-out with only two people ahead of me. I couldâve eaten at a sit-down restaurant faster. A couple inside said this long wait is ânormalâ at the Bedford location, and I noticed that the drive-thru gets priority to boost corporate numbers. This was hands down the worst fast-food experience Iâve ever had; besides the time I once found a bandaid in a sandwich elsewhere years ago. Staff need a better work environment because they clearly arenât motivated to care about their jobs. I never leave bad reviews, but this was ridiculous. All the negative reviews are true, and something here needs to change.    Read moreOrdered food online that came to $19. I had my mom go in to get the food they charged me $31 twice for stuff that wasn't the right food i ordered. Called them and they told me they can't do anything about it in the most disrespectful manner. These people at this location specifically have no idea what they are doing. The management there has failed us customers along with the franchise. On this same day other customers gone through the same thing. i don't think all of us customers should be disrespected just because of a worker having a bad day or not knowing what's going on.
