The service here as of late quite frankly sucks. It does not meet the standards of the area much less standards anywhere. They ignore the people waiting, they always have a scowl on their face, it shouldnt take 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. whether there is a line of customers on a saturday or 2 people standing there at 6:30 in the morning on a tuesday the staff is constantly overwhelmed with zero leadership in control of the situation. One day I ordered a box of dozen donuts and simply asked for one row of chocolate glazed and one jelly, the girl looked at me like I had two heads. Manager and workers argue with me everytime I go in because there too lazy to stir the drinks they make have nasty attitude and roll there eyes morning crew should not be working customer service with there attitude disgusting behavior make the drinks how you where trained too that's why corporate supply's you with those long twisting metal spoons it's your job!!!!!!! Don't argue with the customer when they have to remind you to add cold foam and whip cream or cinnamon its in the drink recipe I'm convinced they don't read the online order tickets always have to remind them they will just put unfinished...

1/The place is overheated !!! No Air circulation ! 2/The girl handles money with gloves and then doesn’t change to prepare the food !!! What is going on !?! 3/The woman brooms the floors and stirs all the dust on us while we are eating !!! 4/The place is Super Noisy bc of the refrigerators and messed up heating system !!!

Please — you need to review all these issues with your employees and your store.
