I stopped to pick up a iced coffee that was still advertised for 2 dollars all day everyday. I ordered my coffee and proceeded to get to the pay window and the young man tells me its $3.82 , I replied no its 2 dollars plus tax according to your sign. He said no you have to have the app to get it for that price. I replied no that's not what your sign says and I said Forget it i am not paying over the 2 dollars. My husband parked the car and i went inside and there was 4 Teenagers running the place. I pointed out the signage that advertised it for 2 dollars and again was told only on a app. A girl asked me where the sign was at and I pointed to the outside right by the highway in which she went outside and removed it. They said that they thought that all the signs had been removed but that must have been left. I said thats not my problem its advertised for that and thats what should be charged. I asked to speak to the manager and a girl said to me "She's worse than me" and I replied that's the way you speak about your manager ???? She tried to call her manager with no answer so I asked who owned this Dunkin Donuts and they all said we dont know. The young man asked me if I wanted the coffee I said yes but I am only going to pay whats advertise 2 dollars. They told me no its 3.82. I said forget it. When i was walking away they all started laughing and clapping at me. I have NEVER been this disrespected from any business and these kids need supervision from an adult. I will NEVER be promoting this...
Read moreI’m a high school student and grab Dunkin’ most days out of the week. I went in today and ordered three coffees, and mine came out incorrect with a label on it as a “butter pecan latte”. I tried to point this out to the lady in the drive thru who I normally have a good experience, and was told that it was the coffee I had ordered (an iced vanilla latte with almond milk). I asked for my receipt and decided to go inside to get my drink remade, but when I went inside I was greeted with “Oh no, they came inside” and was rudely told that this was the coffee I ordered despite the label on the cup being completely different from that of the receipt. On top of this, I am lactose intolerant and repeatedly asked if they had put almond milk in it and they told me yes. It was very clear that it was whole milk when the stomach ache set in. I’ve never had an experience like this here before but I don’t know if I’ll want to come back at this point. Please make sure you point out your food intolerances when going through this drive-thru, but on the same note they really...
Read moreUpdate. After a dozen times or more of this location messing up my coffee. I will no longer be purchasing from this establishment. There are insider secrets that they will purposely make your coffee per their liking. This means if you order half-caff they either give you regular or decaf. Or if you order non-dairy, watch out, you may be getting dairy. Watch out if you have allergies.
This location usually made my iced coffee taste great better than most locations. However, I doubt I will be buying coffee from this Dunkin location, I had a suspicion that at times I was purchasing my iced coffee, it was made incorrectly. I usually get half-caff. I can tell when I get regular strength coffee because I get anxiety and when I get decaf because it doesn't wake me up at all. I have had this happen to me multiple times. I found an from an insider they don't always feel like making it with half-caff. Well that is poor business and poor...
