McDonald's — Restaurant in Beecher

Small McDonalds, more like an express only a few tables. It would be nice to teach the kids making the food that you're supposed to stack the lettuce meat cheese on on top of the other. Sometimes I've gotten burgers here where the meat isn't even in the bun. Also very uneven use of condiments yesterday I found a spot ketchup on the edge they basically missed the sandwich, the paper was full of ketchup the sandwich hardly had any. Two days ago I ordered a fish filet and added extra tarter sauce as the one the week before had very little, so this time when I received my fish filet it was the other extreme gushing with enough tartar sauce cover six sandwiches, I can't over state this. Way too much! McDonalds food just keeps getting worse and it is outrageously priced too. Sit down restaurants have much better burgers for that price, and...

I had ordered food through the drive thru area, drove around to pay and it started with the cashier at the first window. The ignorance and behavior of these young people working there is atrocious. She took my money and I drive up to the next window where there are 2 more young girls working getting drinks. I don't think they realized I could actually hear them talking and making fun of me. Then the first girl I had paid came over to the second window and pointed me out to her co-workers and they all started laughing at me. Apparently they must not receive any type of training in how to deal with customers. They won't be getting my business anymore. Corporate would be ashamed of the way these people show no respect to the customer who is buying...

Date: May 25th, 2024 around 10 AM. Walked into the restaurant and placed order on kiosk. Manager, female with grown out blonde hair pulled back into a braid, was acting completely unprofessional to a newly hired employee. Demanding from the other side of the counter while she is eating/drinking with family/friends, which I was hope was on a break, for the new hire to repeat the order while he was still putting the customers orders into the system. She was also barking continually for a tray holder. McDonald’s, please have this manager go through training education as this is a poor reflection on a local McDonalds.
