Pachanga Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Beecher

Let me start this review with saying I've never been to a Pachangas ever but I know and like my Mexican food and have been to several Mexican restaurants all over the US and Mexico so I wasn't expecting anything all that impressive or good but was hoping it would beat the other Mexican restaurant in town

So from the minute I walked In I was in was greeted immediately with friendly service the restaurant was clean chill and looked very very nice on the inside I would say maybe even the best looking Mexican restaurant on the inside I've ever been to in the US next we will move on to servers my waitress was phenomenal attentive kind fun and good humor needless to say she got a pretty good tip then we will move to the food food had high and low points chips and salsa was absolutely garbage or should I say the salsa and chips were not on point and got some white queso to fix that right up food got to me in a pretty dang quick and reasonable fashion the food I ordered I looked at and was like wow this does not look like any chimichanga I've ever seen but I took a bite and it was very very very good I was uber impressed and would definitely order it again now let's move to drinks we ordered several different drinks and they were pretty much as expected not good not bad but average if I wanted to go to a Mexican restaurant for drinks would not be my pick at all but they were decent enough to where I can not complain so then there is cleanliness from bathrooms to restaurant in general clean smelt good so much so might be 1 of of not the cleanest Mexican restaurants I've had the pleasure of trying and last but not least we have price price was pretty average and about what you would/should expect out of a Mexican restaurant so in conclusion if I had to give it a number I'd give it a 6.5 to a 7 for a a Mexican restaurant and say it is by far the best Mexican food you can get in beecher without making it yourself or going to...

Was visiting the area Oct 1, cashier who checked me out was Rosana. Decided to get food. Ordered over the phone waited a bit and went and picked up, when got there order wasn’t ready and waited a very long time for our order. I ordered for myself and my 3 children. My daughter ordered a steak burrito but was given a chicken burrito instead. I called right away the staff was super unhelpful and not very friendly considering I waited a very long time and then the order was wrong. Basically didn’t want to do anything for me, by the end of the call I was told they would just refund me the whole amount of her burrito. Which seemed fair considering she now was not going to have anything to eat and I wasted my money on a meal that wasn’t getting eaten because it’s not what she ordered. Here we are January and it was never refunded. I never followed up because I didn’t want to deal with this business again. And have been meaning to write this review. Service was fast and attentive. I ordered apps and full lunch. Chips and salsa were fresh and flavorful without being too hot. My combo apps had a quartered quesodilla, a chicken and a beef flauta each halved, and a beef and a chicken tamale, each halved. This had a spoonful of diced veggies topped with a smaller spoonful of guacamole and sour cream. All in all not bad for $10. For lunch I had what they titled the "Tampiquena" which is typically called carne asada a la tampiquena. Broiled skirt steak with 2 cheese enchiladas, beans and rice. Again this was topped with a less than generous but adequate amount of salad, guacamole and sour cream. The steak was typical skirt steak with some thick and some thin sections which the chef skillfully prepared so none of it was dried out or raw. Well seasoned and enjoyable. The rest was average but pleasant. Priced at $17.95 with $4.50 for bottled Dos Eqqus I was content to leave $40 including a good 20%+ tip. All in all a pleasant lunch while waiting for the pharmacy to fill 8or9 prescriptions since I was in no hurry....
