Dunkin' — Restaurant in Belchertown

I've always enjoyed my morning coffee at d&d on state street but I dont think after my most recent visit to this specific location I will ever go back there and I would advise any of my friends and family to do so aswell. I had the most terrible and horrible and disrespectful experience just because I asked for an another coffee at the drive thru! I'm so upset because of the words she used! I have never been called a spick before and I was talked down to as if I were a child. I am business owner, husband and father and I would never let any of my employees speak like that to any of my customers. Thank God my kids weren't there! When I asked to speak to the manager she said that she was the manager and there is nothing I can do about it and good luck because nothing will come of it! She wouldn't give me here name but I found out anyway if they told me the truth. Her name is Sarah she is caucasian with red hair. This review isn't about what's taking place inside either Dunkin in Belchertown, IT'S ABOUT THE NEW PRICE INCREASE!!! I get a bagel toasted with butter and a large unsweetened green ice tea every visit. It wasn't to long ago it was about $3.73. then either late last year or early this year it went to $4.42. I went into this Dunkin last week and was charged $4.95!?. I said you over charged me. The manager said the prices just went up. That's a 53 cent increase. I realize price increases are taking place in every business. I hope customers will really look at this and decide not to go so often, I'm an everyday customer, but NO MORE. I'll go only on the weekends to meet friends. I'll have something at home during the week. Before you decide on your next price increase think about who you might lose and how often....

When I opened the door I could hear the very loud music from drive thru. And the kid on front counter gave me the wrong size coffe and gave me caffeinated. Guessing he couldn’t hear me over the music. The iced coffe was so hot it melted the ice cubes. I’ve been comming here for over 6 years. This is the worst I’ve ever seen the store run. So glad there are other better locations around here to go to that know what they’re doing. Most of the people I work with refuse to go here because they never get the right food or drink.
