Sleigh City Pizza Co — Restaurant in Belchertown

really glad to have Sleigh City in town! theres not a lot of delivery near us, and the other places have been hit or miss for us. we've ordered 3 times so far, twice for delivery and one for pickup. there have been some minor issues (missing ranch drizzle, pizza being not hot on delivery) but those are honestly very small issues, and are from them being a brand new business that has been absolutely slammed with interest. it takes time to work out the kinks, and they clearly have been, so i wouldnt count it against them. the most recent order today was perfect and we will definitely be ordering again!

we've had: Gorgonzola cheesy bread (SO good and super packed with cheese, honestly a little too much haha. but better than not enough!), bourbon bacon fries (pretty good especially considering delivery fries are always going to suffer textually, fries just dont travel well. these were really tasty and a good size), Short Rib & Truffled Mushroom pizza (phenomenal! very intensely savory and rich, i added a touch of balsamic at home to cut that richness a bit, but its an absolute winner), and Niko's Nashville Hot pizza (this is the picture-we got this twice and both times it was awesome. the first time they forgot ranch but we didnt realize till after, still bomb though. tonight it was made to perfection and we demolished half a pizza in one go and had to stop ourselves from going back for more!).

the folks who work there seem very nice and like they want you to have a good experience. every person ive talked to on the phone, in the store, and at delivery has been lovely, so im unsure how previous reviewers found them rude. they let you know the estimated times and now that theyve hit their stride more, it seems pretty accurate. if something was wrong enough with our order that we needed it remedied, i have no doubt theyd apologize and fix it. they have a very reasonable delivery fee, too. we are looking forward to trying more...

My spouse orders his burgers plain everywhere . He's very specific to say Plain burger ONLY burger , cheese, and in this case the mozzarella on the Sleigh burger. Nothing else. He was excited the order taker even repeated ir back right. They still made it with half the toppings . The sauce , onions , tomatoes and lettuce. We call because we made a roomie nistake and drove home without checking , they spend 10 minutes going back and forth disagreeing with it between different people and putting us on hold. Then finally state we can come back in 30 minutes for a new one!! Bring the burger to prove it too. We waited 30 mins get the burger it was supposed to be medium rare. This was the middle of the burger also why still add mayo? He asked for plain. Seems wasteful. (Picture attached) He was so hungry he ate around it after waiting an hour before being able to eat past the original time of picking up our food. This was not the first time either. One time it took three tries to get a plain burger just cheese. We spent a lot of money at this establishment , per order( as we have a huge family). Not anymore. It’s one thing to get it wrong on accident. It’s another to be unaccountable make a paying customer wait longer for an order you messed up on and be rude about your mistake....

Sleigh City has become a go-to place for us for more than one reason. Their menu alone gives you a sense of the passion they have for creating exciting flavor combinations, and their execution almost never disappoints. As someone who doesn't typically pay a lot of attention to specials in a restaurant, I find myself checking their special offerings constantly. Many that I've tried are not my usual fare, but I continue to take a chance because they continue to impress. Their service and accuracy has been rock solid, BUT the one time they made a mistake recently on a takeout order really sealed the deal for me. Not only did they apologize in a courteous and professional manner, but they delivered the correct food without even being asked like dinner...
