BC Pizza Belding — Restaurant in Belding

When BC offered to remake my order, I decided to give them another chance. Well, I'm glad that I did! The manager suggested I ordered a round pizza instead of the square, which I did. The pizza and breadsticks were really good! I am now going to be picking up pizza from there instead of my regular place! I am thankful to the Manager that offered to do it over, they now have a new customer!!!

I just got a new job in Belding, and thought I would try this pizza place. BIG MISTAKE! My order was a lg. square deep dish with double cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. I also ordered a lg. order of garlic cheese sticks. My order came to $34.81. The pizza was loaded with sauce, and honestly hardly any cheese or anything else. My daughter and I each took 2 pieces of pizza, and 2 bread sticks. Out of 4 pieces of pizza, there were 2 pieces of pepperoni. I wish I could include the picture I took. I ended up putting the 2nd piece and the breadsticks back and had a can of Spaghetti O's instead! The garlic breadstucks had ZERO taste! The crust was hard to chew, just a terrible meal! I am so disappointed that I wasted $35 bucks on this, and was more satisfied with a $1 can of Spaghetti O's! This was the first and last time I will waste...

Every time I go there, it seems like they never get my order right and the one time I didn’t call until the next morning to complain and she pretty much lectured me and why didn’t you call before? Yesterday when I ordered my pizza, it was supposed to be a large patrolman still with no mushrooms add pineapple and Año with extra sauce. I get there to pay for it and she says it’s not ready yet and then she paid for it and she charged me for the extra sauce, she asked me where I wanted to wait because my pizza was not ready. I sat out in my car 35 minutes go by I still don’t have my pizza so I walked back in the store to find out my Pizza is there and ready just didn’t want to bring it outside to me Instead they tried calling my phone which I didn’t have on me because they said they couldn’t find after I freaking told her I was sitting in my car. and when I got my pizza and got home to eat it, it wasn’t exactly hot and fresh anymore Because I waited that long in my car And told her I had a silver Buick and she said OK. These people need to get their head together...

If you place your order here, be sure to make them read it back to you more than once because they won't get it right and they won't fix it or give a discount when they make a mistake. I ordered a pizza with breadsticks. I specifically said it twice. Didn't get breadsticks, even though I ordered them. I was told I didn't order them, as if I was lying, and told I could order some and drive to the store to pick them up and pay for them. No thank you. I will order from YHOP and drive there instead. This is not the first time a mistake like this was made. Last time I ordered delivery. 40 minutes after I was told the pizza would arrive I called and they told me I had ordered pickup. They did end up delivering my pizza after it had been sitting there and it was dry. No...
