Incredibly unprofessional. I didn’t even have time to walk home before ya all came to my Facebook page to insult me. That’s not professional at all.

Hog Dispensatory, a veteran-run establishment, presents itself as a haven for veterans seeking cannabis products. However, beneath the surface of their veteran discount lies a troubling reality that tarnishes their reputation and undermines the very community they claim to serve.

One of the most frustrating experiences at Hog Dispensatory is the misinformation disseminated by certain staff members. It’s disheartening to encounter individuals who not only lack accurate knowledge about local veteran resources but also double down on their inaccuracies when challenged. This behavior is particularly disappointing in a space that should prioritize supporting veterans and providing reliable information.

While the owners and their related staff seem more focused on profit than community welfare, it’s important to acknowledge that not all employees share this mindset. The staff members, not related to the owner, are commendable, offering excellent service and genuine support. Unfortunately, their efforts are overshadowed by the poor performance of those in leadership positions.

My recent visit was marred by technical issues that compounded an already frustrating situation. After walking 30 minutes to the dispensary, I was met with non-functional card readers, leading to an unhelpful exchange with a teller who blamed me for my card not working. Such customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the management of Hog Dispensatory.

Adding to the disappointment is the lack of attention to cleanliness around the dispensary. The grounds in front are lined with trash, and it’s evident that the owners do not take responsibility for cleaning up their own litter. This neglect further detracts from the overall experience and reflects poorly on their commitment to community standards.

The branding of Hog Dispensatory, with its playful pig motif, suggests a lighthearted approach to cannabis sales. However, this branding feels disingenuous when juxtaposed with their apparent disregard for veterans and community support. It raises questions about whether their primary concern is truly the welfare of veterans or simply maximizing profits.

The Hog Dispensatory may appeal to veterans through discounts, it falls short in delivering genuine support and accurate information. The disconnect between the owners’ priorities and the needs of the community is evident, leaving many veterans feeling frustrated and misled. Until significant changes are made in staff training, management oversight, and grounds maintenance, I cannot recommend Hog Dispensatory as a reliable resource for veterans or anyone seeking informed cannabis guidance.

Super bummed there wasn’t any cyber Monday sales. It IS cyber Monday so of course I checked online however sales for holidays are vague so I walked up to the store to inquire inside and after having made the effort m, I did purchase however am filled with regret knowing ever other store is participating in cyber Monday events. I wish I had waited. When I asked about cyber Monday deals I felt put down as if I were silly for even thinking of such a thing. She said it’s not “cyber” Monday with quotes. I’m not sure how to feel about the experience but the product is good just expect higher prices than what you maybe used to. The budtender was personable and very knowledgeable. I actually got to speak with the guy who produces the concentrates! He explained the entire process and it was fascinating. I also spoke with the woman who is in charge of cultivation. Wow! I’ve not experienced anything like that before. I came home with Bully Kush concentrate, Molotov flower, Peels flower and cart, and Hypno Stank flower. It was all fire, as the kids say these days.
