Taco Bell — Restaurant in Belen

If I could give less than a star I absolutely would!!!! Such bad customer service !! Never in my life have I experienced this!!! We were in in the middle of placing an order in drive-thru it was a larger order and Michalea T. Had horrible attitude towards us when she realized it was a few things! We asked her can you give us a minute to get everyones order in the vehicle She than stated “I hope you know your placing a order and there is only two of us back here we thought it was rude but continued our order as we get to the window she again states “I hope you know you placed a $85.17 order and there is only two of us here I’m going to give you your drinks and drive to the front” never am I going here again!!! You would think she is happy for getting business at this location. It really was not our problem how they staff their location and we did not deserve to be spoken like this !!! Definitely calling corporate!!! She never once asked if we wanted sauce and we went inside to get some and I told her we would be calling corporate that she was so rude and we were very polite to her in drive-thru, a gentleman than shouted that he had told her the same thing. I do not recommended the location!! If you want to be treated better and not spoken this way take your business...

Me and my family arrived on Sunday, August 27, 2023 around 1-1:30pm... We placed our order with a lady who was very respectful and made sure that our order was correct. Once our food was done we were called to the counter. Upon inspection of three $5 Cravings Boxes (which were not in boxes), we noticed that they had our food smashed into a small paper bag! We had special orders made on certain tacos, which technically were done right. As we checked to make sure everything was there, we took notice that we were missing items. We brought both issues with the meals and the missing items to their attention. The Lady who placed our order tried to accommodate what she could. When I mentioned about the two burritos with NO MEAT on them, The prep cook/line cook disrespected me with unprofessional comments, very disrespectful filled with curse words and started to throw stuff into garbage cans to show I guess how mad they were.. I felt uncomfortable while there and we did ask for the number of either the Corporate or Management with no luck and to make matters worse, my Wife ask for our Reciept of our order and was denied it! This place should fire the staff that was on today...

Idk if they add water to their beans to make them stretch or what but I will literally drive all the way to Los lunas to avoid this location. Last time I ordered a luxe box ,I ordered chicken only on the chalupa the chicken was wet and had some sort of brown fluid it was soaked in making the chicken slimy,the beans were so watered down when I lifted the burrito they leaked out into a puddle onto the paper wrapper. I refused to eat it .the animals didn't even want anything to do with it.the Los lunas location. Is much better about quality. And do not even bother doordashing this place after 9pm ,u will get the trashiest food and just regret it (hard tortillas,hard chicken pieces, crushed chips for nachos ,dry cheese.The crew there is super nice and I don't think it's their fault,but whoever is in charge of quality control needs to step up their game .
