Big Shooters Espresso — Restaurant in Belgrade

Stopped in to get a latte and was absolutely floored by how awesome the service was. I've been here before and always had good coffee and good service. Today I'm waiting for my latte and Stephanie - the barista - is running both sides like an absolute pro. My wait was a little longer than usual, but no matter because the service was awesome. The latte, as always, was solid. And what made today so cool was that Stephanie was dealing with two lines and she was smiling and greeting everyone. Just rocking as fast as she could and making everyone feel welcome. What a truly epic day! In today's world where we often accept abysmal customer service, as the norm, to have just rockstar service... Makes me wicked happy! Starbucks, takes notes... THIS is how you treat your customers. Also, Stephanie needs a raise, cause whatever she's getting paid, it's not enough. 13/10 stars....

We are Frequently here for coffee , not only do we get coffee for us when others are visiting us we get coffee for them as well, but a couple weeks ago we notice a Change in the consistency of the coffee. We mentioned it to the owner in an email and she responded that if we came back we would get free coffee. It has been a few weeks and we finally went back today. We didn’t even identify ourselves as the one that sent the email but the owner was there and I guess she recognized us and had her employee tell us how sorry they were and that today’s coffee was on them. I thought that was very nice and the coffee was excellent. We will definitely start going back more. More businesses should be like this. Excellent customer service. #big shooters...

The location is convenient. Our barista was friendly. Both beverages ordered were okay. Tasted more like watered down coffee with a bunch of syrup. That’s fine is your more about sugar and less about coffee.The pricing is misleading. The prices are “base”. Regardless of the size, 12,16, or 20, The price only includes one shot of espresso. You pay extra for additional shots. We go to numerous coffee shops, both local and chain. Larger drink size has always come standard with more than one shot of espresso. Probably won’t be stopping back...
