This is a dine in, RARE BEEF PHO review only... Firstly atmosphere... which I gave 5 stars. I score atmosphere of a place by the cleanliness, the washrooms, comfort of the sears, ease of access and parking, and decor. This place scores exceptionally high on all those points... especially the comfort of the seats. Service... as long as I'm greeted quickly, server follows my directions, and brings food out quickly... you get 5 stars and I rate service here 5 stars. I should also mention I eat a lot of pho all over north America... just saying... Food... ok... the only part I'd ask they improve on is the amount of rare beef I received. Good parts of this pho include... 1) good bowl size 2) hooked spoons(you'd be surprised how rare hooked spoons are and how necessary they are when eating pho) 3) good amount of white and green onion 4) proper string rice noodles and healthy amount 5) most important... broth. many many places pass off what appears like chicken broth or simple unflavored beef broth as pho broth. FEW things in life disappoint me MORE when I'm hungry, ordering PHO and I get unflavored broth. This broth is not the best I've had in North America but it IS properly spiced and flavored enough to be considered by my experience to be a worthwhile place to drive to and have pho. 6) they served me actual Thai basil. I have tried several places in the north west in my travels and none of them served me thai basil they offered me Cilantro. Cilantro is far far too light a flavor to be usefull in a pho dish. I'm glad this place does it right. Overall....I can confirm the previous positive reviews for pho here ARE accurate, and I question the negative reviews as my experience was proper.

I’ve travelled all over Asia and this is right up there with the best pho I’ve ever had. Food is consistently great and the owner is extremely friendly. The chicken and shrimp spring rolls is one of my favorite dishes I’ve ever had in my life. We always get those and the rare beef pho. For people leaving reviews about the smell, the restaurant smells like fish sauce and broth that’s been cooking for hours and hours which means it’s high quality. Smells like every pho place I’ve been to in Asia. Highly recommend. Great food and high quality ingredients. Also massive portions and lots of meat given in the pho.

Best of Belgrade, good for gluten free. Here are the facts: we moved to Belgrade 6 days ago and have eaten here for 10 meals since then, the bone broth noodles are very filling and a great cold day meal to warm you up, the vermicelli is an amazing mix of flavor and texture that leaves you feeling full and refreshed, no heavy burger coma here. The chicken/shrimp spring rolls are delicious and well made as well as the egg rolls. My wife who is gluten intolerant (not as sensitive as celiac) has had no problems eating here. Great place for take out or a quiet relaxing meal.

We drove all the way from Billings just to eat here and it was worth every mile to get there...lol! The menu is limited compared to what I'm used to but their focus is on Phở and they have chicken and beef varieties as one would expect. The broth is rich with fat and collagen from the bones and is nicely spiced with cinnamon, star anise, etc. We found it a bit under-salted but it's better that way so that people can season to taste. Other things on the menu include salads and oddly enough, some Japanese items such as curry, udon and ramen. They have a nice selection of fresh spring rolls but we opted for the fried egg rolls. They are obviously hand made as evidenced by their slightly varied sizes and the filling was great. Ground pork with all of the traditional seasonings and ingredients served with a sweet chili sauce. Additionally on the menu are the fairly ubiquitous grilled beef, chicken or pork served in either the broken rice or vermicelli iterations and served with a very tasty nước mắm. I ordered the special of the day which was a marinated and grilled pork chop served with broken rice and a fried egg along with fresh tomato and cucumber and the nước mắm. I don't like to be critical but the pork chop was pretty small and since it had a bone in it, I would have appreciated 2 of them or at least a larger one. It was very tasty though and over all it was absolutely worth the drive. We also hit the Museum of the Rockies and made a great day trip out of it along with the memories. I'm already thinking about our next...

I’ve been coming here for a few months and my first two experiences were great. Ever since then my experiences are declining fast and today will probably be my last time with this restaurant. The server, male with long blonde hair and black beanie, is not very welcoming and always seems like in a bad mood. We walked in and we were never acknowledged. We sat down and took him some time to get up from the table he was sitting at to greet us. Slamming menus and water down. Gave us 30 seconds to look at the menu never asked if we wanted anything to drink besides water. And he just sat at the table behind us most of the time. Food was finally delivered, which was very good. He’s sitting back down and I hear him open a can, thinking it’s soda. As we finished our food, more customers come in and he takes orders over the phone, acting the exact same way. Rude and acting like we are bothering him because he has to work. As we go up to the counter to pay I look over where he was sitting and see the can he opened and it definitely was not a soda. It was A White Claw, an alcoholic beverage. He had poured some of it into a clear plastic cup with a straw. THIS IS NOT OKAY! I am so disappointed in the service That I received and knowing he is drinking on the job is disturbing. I don’t think I can support this small business anymore, which is unfortunate because the food is...
