El Prado Cuban Cafe — Restaurant in Belle Glade

Wonderful hostess got us introduced to authentic Cuban coffee. We were driving to Florida Keys, from Lion Country Safari, and needed caffeine break. Not much choices in the area besides Dunkin Donut. We took chance and stopped at this ordinary looking restaurant in a sleepy town. Hostess was quite frank about having a different coffee machine than espresso machine. She told us a bit about the cuban coffee and herself. We learnt about sweetened coffee shots.
